  1. Good morning to all! Almost lunch time and I am getting hungry already.
  2. Wow that was something to go through on your rear tire, but glad to hear that Revzilla agreed to replace your tire due to inconsistencies on the thread and perhaps a defect on manufacturing. You just had to remove the tire have a shop unmount and defective tire and remount the new tire over again. At the end of the day, glad you have the peace of mind knowing that you are confident on your tires. Blessing in disguise, you also have regreased/serviced the rear end of your bike. All the best on your carb service project. FWIW, I frequent Dennis Kirk for most of my bike needs.
  3. You are too young to have arthritis. Hit the gym and all of that arthritis will disappear.
  4. Nice! Hope you can get all that done before the weather starts to warm up again. Glad you are able to spend some quality time with your family. Enjoy the holidays and thanks for sharing your pics. And by the way, great choice on tires. I really like the Shinko 777s.
  5. Just remember...age is just a number.
  6. Good morning to all! 26 degrees this morning. Hope you did some shopping yesterday. We were out and about yesterday and it was very busy everywhere we went. Enjoy the weekend.
  7. I really liked that show and I would even stop working on my homework just to watch the show for an hour. Your new $6 Million dollar men sounds reasonable taking into account inflation.
  8. Happy Thanksgiving to all! Yes! We had a nice gathering with family and friends earlier than normal. Belly is full and I have no more space for dinner. I am so ready for leftovers tomorrow. Enjoy the football game and to whatever you are doing tonight.
  9. Heal well @Steve S.
  10. No riding for me today up through the weekend. With the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend is upon us, people love to party and some may be venturing on the road slightly impaired by too much food and alcohol to drink. With that said, I am not riding my bike. Enjoy your Turkey days with friends and family.
  11. The left overs is always a treat after Thanksgiving also in our house. My two older kids always take something home with them all the time, but we still are left with a lot including with whatever everybody they to the gathering. I'll enjoy the food, but then I'll have to work harder in the gym to burn more calories. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
  12. Dieting starts now, if you haven't yet. I'll hit the gym tonight. Turkey day is just around the corner. Need to burn more calories to compensate for the overload on Thursday.
  13. Yes indeed. My older kids are coming with their husband and girlfriend … in that order. Uncle and Aunt’s are also coming. Mother in law already started cooking today to minimize the load on Wednesday night and into Thursday. Visit those grocery stores soon, because it is getting busier and busier.
  14. Hope your mid-morning is going well. 2 more days before Turkey Day!
  15. Enjoying MNF and some online games and playing radio. Good evening to all.
  16. Per the thread subject, I was able to ride to and from work. Heat is essential to enjoy the ride.
  17. I've done that too, when I was in my early twenties and helped my aunt cut down a tree in front of her townhouse. I can also day that I'll never do this again.
  18. That is probably the lowest mileage I've seen on an '08. Wow! As far as the price is concerned, I think he has to go 'lower', since the bike may have a lot of issues and a lot of garage time fixing the issues. I am interested though as to how low he will go.
  19. I do remember Puc. That explains why I have not heard from him in this forum.
  20. When it comes to chainsaw, I have a battery operated Ryobi that I purchased several years ago from Home Depot. It is not the biggest chainsaw, but I only use it during the Spring and summer months. Rarely, I should say. The last time I was along the battery operated isle of power tools at a hardware store, I was so impressed with the nice products manufacturers are offering.
  21. Good evening to all. If you are a football fan, TNF is on. Steelers vs Browns. Enjoy the night.
  22. @sleepy2 Even with the V-Twin, it has a lot of power and I like it whenever you might need the power. To be honest, the belt drive does not really bother me since it does last a very long time/miles. I like both. My '07 and '18 are keepers. Keep an eye out and don't stop looking and always be on the good side of the boss.
  23. Something just came to mind and forgot to mention it. If you had the SVTC, it might have fitted perfectly since the front tire is smaller at 130/70-R18.
  24. Will do keep an eye out for Black Friday deals. I am also thinking of replacing my front tire on the SVTC during the winter months.
