Hi Rick BTW... our prayers are with Big Bob. Yes, as a Canadian I bought a US bike and saved thousands and love the bike, probably will keep for a couple of years yet. Was wanting to 'switch' the odometer to kilometers for easier resale if/when I decided to sell it. I would of thought that since the speedometer/odometer is all electronic, the mfg would have kept the same part for US or CA bikes and had a simple way to re-program or 'switch' from US to metric like home electronic thermostats/thermometers and the such. It's no biggie really, I was just curious if anyone new if it was possible or not. Regards, Richard

I have an '05 RSV with (of course) the electronic speedometer/odomoeter. The speedometer face has both mph and kilometers per hour shown, but my question is can the odometer function be switched from miles to kilometers electronically (maybe by a dealer only), or would I have to get a whole new 'Canadian' speedometer unit?
