Dan remember you do own a 1st Gen. therefore you have to work to keek that old relic you ride alive.... get a second gen and retire with no worries... "grasshopper"

i dont know if you have a dicks sporting goods around you but they have a great tent on sale for 99 bucks 6 man can stand up in it and yet compacks into a bag small enough to go on your bike also has a rain awning super nice on my way to get one today.

i GOT THE HITCH FOR MY 07 FROM mchitch.COM i love it dont remember the price off the top of my head but the fit was perfect. i have a piggybacker trailer that i pull loaded to the gills .

I dont know how big of a hurry you are in to finish this project but i have a brand new load EQ still in the package i bought it when i put my trailer hitch on... the hitch came with one so i didnt need it but to send it back it would have cost me like 15% restocking fee plus shipping.. im in florida untill the end of the month for a army shool so if you can wait that long for it ... i think i gave 20 bucks for it. .. something to think about Ron -
His dad took him for a ride when he was young .. he burned his leg on a tail pipe and now he hates bikes lol

Im sure they could get the 2nd gens going again but if the dont have duck-tape there is no hope for the 1st gens
