    Made it home safe and tired but got a few pictures to share. Day before the ride.

    Nope, done it many times and use to be Sargent at arms for ABATE district 14 but not in it an more. I am out in Rapid City South Dakota. We made it to the Wyoming line but due to all the storms there was no "sun set". We got back to the motel safe and dry. Calling for golf ball sized hail so we parked the bikes "IN SIDE" now how cool a place is that? Just have to get a picture of the sun set tomorrow. Going to spend the day site seeing anyway. Will put pictures on later, to sore and tired to night. Bryan

    Longest day of the year. "Yes we know but work, you know". Day one for me to go to Manitowoc Wisconsin from Oskaloosa, Iowa 560 miles. Stopped at JP cycles and bought goodies. Took scenic route. Heading west soon as the sun comes up. "See how for we can get before it goes down. Ken took me out for some GREAT pizza!!! More later "after my sore butt lets me". Bryan

    Never used one but a local farmer down the road had one to repair is boys 4 wheeler fenders about 15 years ago. (Those two were h$!! on those 4 wheelers) It would melt the two pieces back together and leave like a "weld" type of a finnish. Not sure you could sand it down smooth or not. And the new ones may work a bit different? Bryan

    I don't mind a lot of curves....... But I am going to do them "MY" speed. I like the scenery too and have had to ride in a group once that I could do nothing but watch the road. Not my cup of tea, like to "see" the suroundings my self. So when I ride I make sure to tell anyone that goes with us,,,,, it' ain't no race it is a looking ride. Bryan

    I ware my steel toed boots that also have a steel shank in them. When I stop at a light I put my foot down on the diamond / square in the road that the sensor are in and I don't wait long and the light changes. I have also tried stopping with out putting my foot / boot on the sensor and I sit there till a car comes from the other direction or I move. Bryan
