Not sure if GOOD or CLEAR enough but its free Note I have seen these mounted several ways and each person had a good reason for mounting them the way they did. Mine are this way because I'm 5' 8" and have low mounted foot pegs which holds most of my foot but my heal is still on floorboard (very comfy for me). So with being said here are my Pics: http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01456.jpg http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01455.jpg http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01454.jpg http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01453.jpg http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01452.jpg http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01451.jpg http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01450.jpg Good Luck

First LONG ride on my Venture
frogmaster replied to rumboogy's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Rick is SPOT ON... Vented Windshield to move air around your chest and into your jacket vents (Tourmaster Transition Series-2) has GREAT Venting and Airflow System not to mention Textile & Hardened Pads to protect for the slide. http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01436.jpg Next is "Air Wings" Pricey? YEP and worth every penny IMHO. On Cooler days adjust outward to create a Heat Pocket. Normal Days adjust straight. Hot Daze adjust them inward to scoop the air in between your leg and the Engine to exhaust the HEAT. WORKS FANTASTIC. Also added the JC Whitney Foot Peg to get Air up my Protective Pant Legs and ride with little to no clothing under M/C Pants, Textile & Hardened Pads to protect for the slide. http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/DSC01435.jpg One day back in 2003 Afghanistan Camping trip drank 12 each 20 oz Water bottles in 120+ degrees then peed once just 6 oz. I did same and wish you luck my Co-Rider was AOK with any short windshield up to 50 mph but any HWY Speeds was not acceptable to her. So I now know I HAVE TO look through the XXL Clearview to keep her happy... But the added VENT keeps me happy and Cool too

Jean, Thanks for posting this I had visions of Earl being a hood ornament . That Earl will do anything for pain killers (just kidding). The members here will help in anyway we can. Sorry to hear about back injuries those can take awhile to heal up. I'm sure some Local PA Venture guys can help you out if need be. Tell Earl he has until MD-2010 to get up and around and even show up in his cage if needs be. GET WELL SOON EARL
