I went to 3 different stores yesterday looking for ammo. Cheaper Than Dirt- Only odd calibers in stock, Cabelas, same story, 10mm, 357 Sig... ect. Academy Sports no handgun ammo at all in stock. The guy at Cabelas told me a strange story. He said that as employees they have no idea when shipments of new guns and ammo will come in. He said he shows up for work most days and the place opens up and people start to trickle in as usual. Then about every 7-10 days he will show up for work and the parking lot is full and a line wraps around the building waiting to get in. Sure enough, a new shipment of guns and ammo will be waiting to be put on the shelves.

Go with this one. Has a check valve and is a better alternative IMO. 40171 - 12V Neg. Ground, 3.5 - 2 PSI Max, 15 GPH, 1/8 x 27 internal pipe ports This site has the best price I have found. http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/eppages/facetpumps.php

There are some pics of one in my profile. I contacted "Tripmasters" Roberts wife after he passed and she referred me to his son. He informed me that all of the patents that Robert designed for the Venture were sold. He would not give me the the name of the buyer, but said it was one of the larger accessory suppliers. This was about 8 or 9 years ago and to date I haven't seen any of them on the market. Who knows, maybe the small number of Ventures sold in the overall picture made the production numbers non profitable.

Yes it is leaded, in my post above I made a warning point about use with converters. Some Harleys have converters in the exhaust pipes. I don't know if it is just the California models but I bought a set off ebay that were take offs from the dealership. If you looked in the pipe you could see the converter.

If nothing is close by try the small local airports. The closest regular gas station that sells non ethanol is 60 miles one way. It would cost me 5-6 gals to get there and back. I can buy low lead 100 octane non-ethanol aviation gas 3 miles from the house for $4.89 a gallon. I usually only buy some when winter is really in full swing and fill the bike, riding mower, generator and that type of stuff with a good dose of stabil/seafoam. Sure makes waking them up from the long nap a lot easier. FYI, I guess I should mention don't use the avi gas in anything with a catalytic converter. And fwtw my Honda Ridgeline will get 3-4 mpg better every time I use pure gasoline.

I am just starting out and the tips of my fingers feel like hamburger. Would it be less painful if I just went out to my bench grinder and take them down to the bone? I have been using most of the free sites and after I get a few more of the basics down I may even pop for a few lessons.

Rusty Wallace Racing Experience came to Texas Motor Speedway this past weekend and held a 2 day event where all of the profits were donated to the cause. I also donated my time for the event and pretty much shot photos non stop for 13 hours each day. Long days but well worth the effort. Texas Motor Speedway also stepped up to the plate for this also. It rained late Friday night and the track was wet Saturday morning. Someone made a call and the lights were turned on so we keep going until 9 o'clock that night. I don't know what the grand total was for the event but my photo event trailer had a total of $8200.00 that was taken in for the foundation. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/RW1of1-11_zps2e80565d.jpg http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/RW1of1-10_zps3b769b44.jpg http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/RW1of1-3_zpsc1a2c77b.jpg http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/RW31of1-6_zps935511d9.jpg http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/RW31of1-9_zps3dfcdf04.jpg

Alternatives for passing lights

If you want some options at a pretty good price for some very good LEd bulbs check out this link. Different beam widths 30 and 90 degress and lumens up to 900. As mentioned the Northern Tools are only 375 Lumens so just think about 3X's the light! $66 dollars each for the high end ones. All top quality LEDs and no Chinese materials. They are on the Xmas list. I have used some of their stuff in my Motor Coach to help with the house battery consumption. I will say they are good people to deal with and will answer any questions. http://store.marinebeam.com/41sebereledb.html -

I have done the Team Texas & Rusty Wallace Driving School's a couple of times. I also shoot the photos for the Rusty Wallace events at Texas Motor Speedway and have another Rusty Wallace event coming up in a week or so. You "Will" have a great time and want to do it again. Enjoy your minute of Nascar time. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/RWdriver-1.jpg http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/CNONT/Billy.jpg
