If all that is, is a mic then I'd about believe it is an electret mic, no other reason I could see for them to use a 3 ring terminal when a dynamic mic only needs 2.
-
Is the mic you want to use a dynamic or condenser(electret) mic?

Tried that several years ago on a Vulcan tank. Spread the tank out some where it sits on the backbone, but never touched the dents. Pour boiling water on the dent then rub with dry ice is how the airframe mechanics get hail dents out of airplane skin

Got one today, looked at return address, looked legit. Had it not had one little flaw I may have slightly considered answering. I have never had a Paypal account associated with that email acount

Have you actually heard anything through any headset on this bike?
-
Is this the one you used? This is how mine are wired

There are specialized carriers made just for that but beware of the cheap ones! We went to northern Indiana last weekend to look at a sidecar rig, on the way home there was a truck/fifthwheel on the shoulder with a motorcycle carrier broken off on one side. Have it professionally installed by the manufacturer is possible and buy a warranty extension if offered and covered any where in US. Here is an option; http://www.cruiserlift.com/swivelwheel.html

Well, things may be changing on the "title issue" of the Venture. After 2 years of waiting I was told to meet her at the courthouse next week to transfer it. I'll believe it when I am handed the receipt for paying transfer taxes.

Rode the wing about 155 miles yesterday and wife rode the sidecar, I love it!! It don't have the low end torque my Venture has but that could simply be the car weight. Rode down medium busy 2 lane, very steady, very smooth. Went up Ky39, it is a lightly twisty road and within 10 miles I found myself constantly needing to slow down, the locals have a problem with people riding 15-25mph above the speed limit, wound back over to I75 via Ky21 and3426, man I love this bike!

Using Search Tempest, and searching all Craigslist ads there was not a single one for sale in less than 4000 miles from Kevin! People must buy these things and take them to their grave with them. There is one on Delphi forums for sale; http://forums.delphiforums.com/MCTrailertowing/messages/?ctx=16&listMode=6

IF you do this, move that rear axle to the rear of the trailer so the dolly has as much weight as possible. I have pulled pups(doubles) and seen the effects a dolly can produce if not weighted down with 50% or more of the load carried.

Yes I would like that link. I would like to replace my GL1500 SE trike with something else. Here you go, as of last Sunday it was still available; http://tricities.craigslist.org/mcy/4125465452.htmlVictory sidecar

Thanks for kind words, I wish it had been a Yamaha product but I'll give the wing a go, there are millions of them around, if they weren't dependable there would be a lot less of them. Now we can do a few of the trips in comfort that we wanted to take, without the worry of having enough room or protection. Tina didn't like the Yamaha of recent, she had determined I wasn't strong enough to hold all three of us up any longer, although I had not dropped it in over 12 years. I don't feel that was 100% my fault, it was an off camber stop/right turn, bike quit running after I started taking off, it sputtered and coughed and stopped, with us already leaning over for the right turn,,, the rest is history. I did manage to hold it off the ground while she got off, and then pulled it back up while still astride it. Adrenaline is a cool drug. I want to go around the great lakes for first trip, then later I want to go to Gettysburg and Lancaster County, up to Catskill Mtn.

I'll never part with my Vulcan 800A, wife says hers cannot be bought or traded for either. The Yamaha has a sordid history that I suspect will never be straightened out. Very long story that some have heard, in short it was left to me as a friends dying wish, his widow won't give up the title. Unknown why, just won't. Wish was verbal in front of and to several witness' but still no legal way to force her hand. I found a Victory side car rig too, want the link for it?

Had not realized that Kevin but it sure does, even the paint scheme is close, just different colors

Joe, it is an Interstate model, no reverse, no electronic cruise either. But, it does have one thing that yours didn't,, my name on the title!!
-
I cannot honestly answer that Joe, I am sure it isn't an Aspen or it would have had reverse. You know, i'm not even sure it had cruise. Wife is now back pedalling, trying to tell me "wait and see what else comes a long". She wants a bigger car, that Champ is mighty narrow.
-
You aren't getting rid of me that easily, I still have and cherish the 87 Venture No reverse on this one, it is a 95, which means no FI either, but I can always upgrade later. I really hadn't put the two thoughts together but you are right, it did in a lot of aspects remind me of the 87 Venture for layout and position.

Wife had told me back in the summer she wanted a trike, we kicked the idea around and looked at LOTS of trikes, and their enormous price tags. We almost bought a Spyder but the $32k sticker helped me argue that idea down. So any way I'm cruising Craigslist and i find a fantastic looking bike. We make arrangements to go see it, roughly 65 miles from home. Put Tina in the passenger seat and me in the driver seat and away we went for a test ride. Now up to this point I had never even sat on a bike with a sidecar but this Honda begged me to sit down and drive off, We will make out final decision tomorrow but I'm leaning towards writing the man a check at daybreak for it. http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i301/Bob_Myers/th_00V0V_dCZuz3hDQI9_600x450.jpg http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i301/Bob_Myers/th_GW-sidecar.jpg

If he insist on charging full price, then ship it to 3 different addresses. Your home, your work and your neighbor. I have told shippers this many times and all but one gave me an "updated price" that was realistic.

absolutely!!

I presume it won't fit then or you wouldn't have drawn my attention to the intended fit. It siure looks like it would come closer to fitting than the tinker toy piece I ended up with. Mine has a similar mount point at the lower front, but if I actually hook it onto both bolts where the crash bars mount then it barely, I mean less than a ¼" clears the rear of the tire, and doesn't even come close to poking out from under the bike. It was supposed to be off of a 90 model I think
