Now those are two good shows.

Cindy its so good to see you on here again. You and Haylie have a wonderful Christmas and a Very Happy New Year. You two are sure to have a wonderful time being with family. All the best for both of you.

Very nice looking bike. Have fun riding together.

I know a bicyclist that got nailed going thru town for speeding. AND IT STUCK IN COURT. Apparently if you are on the road, you can not go over the speed limit. Of course he was doing 35 in a 25 zone. Cop must of had a bad fight with the wife or something to even pull him over.

Don--Keep a close eye on her. Dogs and bird bones don't go together very well. They splinter and can possibly tear a dog up on the inside. I caught our dog with his paws on the counter looking one time. He doesn't do that anymore. He once took my son's sandwich off a plate that was on a TV tray, but no one saw him, so no punishment.

Done--Hope you win

I have never seen a MC awareness commercial on TV to date. Wish they would air some and maybe remind some drivers.

No passing lights on the 86 VR----have them on the Ultra. Yes they are on all the time, and Yes I do notice a difference when riding the Ultra--people seem to notice the bike coming towards them more easily. Well worth having them on all the time.

WOW, what an improvement!

Getting a little old for that loud of pipes aren't you Dano Least ways you can't hear the passenger tell you to slow down and quit pulling the front wheel off the road. -
So sorry to hear this---Thoughts and prayer's sent

I have the Formula II that I am slowly trying to redo to put back on the 86. It has a 10 gal gas tank behind the seat with an elec. fuel pump witch helps out alot on the road. Front end opens so you step into the sidecar instead of over and in. Also has a lever to adjust for lean angle so you don't have to throw weight in the sidecar when you don't have a passenger.

His family will be in our thoughts and prayer's. This is something that I will have to google ( flesh eating disease) My daughter has a friend at collage that got bit by a bug and it became infected. 3 days later she was in the hospital with a flesh eating disease and the doctors had to cut a large hole in her ankle to get it all out. She is fine now thank God. My wife works with a woman that has it also, and she has reoccurring problems and has to go in for surgery. From what I have heard, you don't want to come in contact with this at all. It will linger on about anything and if you have a sore or small cut on your skin and come in contact with it you will end up with it. Time to do some investigating I guess. I really feel for this man and his family---May God watch out over them.

I started out with Old Venture 8. Past president of Ohio Chapter 8-Venture Touring Society, and I have an 86 VR that I bought new. To long for my taste, so I went with my old CB handle also. Always loved to shoot and hang around gun shops, buy and trade guns. What are some of your hobbies or things you like to do other than ride bikes?

Good luck and hope everything works out.

On my son's 05 sportster and on his 08 Lowrider he had/has the harley sundowner seat. Very comfortable. About $300.00 at harley I think.

Sorry guys--I was typing slower than I was thinking. As stated there are legal ways to purchace firearms, even from other states for the private person. As an example ( and I don't know everything about the gun laws, but the way I read it) I can sell a gun to a friend/or person in another state, but the gun has to go thru an FFL dealer and be entered in his book in the state that the friend/person resides in. I can send this gun to the FFL thru private campany ( FEDEX-UPS,etc) to the FFL in my friends/persons state. Now if I purchased the handgun today and sent it out tomorrow that would be considered a staw purchace. If I'm wrong, please correct me. Thanks

No argument from me on these points.

I have close friends in Mich and In. so I'm pretty well covered in this tri-sate area. Visit gun shows in all three states. Here at the gun shows, the people selling private guns at tables usually have a sign up that say's--Private collection. Here you can also by from someone walking around the show carrying their gun, all you have to do is ask if they want to sell. What guns were you looking at?
-
Ask around---I have a friend with an FFL, and he orders for me. Don't know how much you into guns, but someone around their has a very small side buisness going I'm sure. Try to stay away from the gun stores. If possible, buy from a private owner at the gun show's, no paperwork that way. I have bought 3 pistols at the last two shows here that way.

You will have to find someone that lives is the same state as the dealer, who is willing to purchase the gun for you, and is willing to put in their name. The only other choice would be to find a person with an FFL that would not charge you a fee for the transaction,or a very small fee. Another choice would be to ask around and try to find someone with an FFL that doesn't really have a store that orders guns for you if you already know what you want, they usually order for 10% over their cost.
