  5. Awesome! BACA has been in touch with me regarding a chapter near me. The closest one is 3 hours away. They would like for me to start one myself here. I'm not up for the task yet. I need 5 firm commitments from folks I know would stay with the program. So far , I think I can count on 2. I would like to advertise or put out a radio ad, and have a meeting. I'm still working on it. Wish me luck! Brandy
  6. I'm betting Fall is your favorite time of year. Your home is going to smell so good with all those recipes. Cinnamin is such a Fall spice, isn't it? I like to make a simmering pot of pouporri using bay leaf, cinnamin stick, slices of orange and granny smith apple on a cold and blustery day. Brandy

  18. Hey welcome to the site. It's pretty easy to post more than one. When you start a thread or reply to one you will see a section under where you type your message that says additional options. In there you will see a button to manage attachments. That opens up a "PoP UP" window so you may have to turn your pop up blocker off or allow it for this web site. Once that opens you can browse to the picture on your computer and you will notice that you can browse up to 10 at a time. Once you have the pictures you want they you can hit the upload button. You can then preview the pictures just like you would a regular post. Hope this helps out. Oh yeah, you don't have to worry about the size, this site will automatically size the pictures if they are too large. Nice pics By SaltyDawg For Krome Rose
  19. Let him sit in JAIL, where he belongs for another month. He's got nowhere to be, but JAIL. Let him serve more time before anyone has to be subjected to his story. He confessed. Done. BTW, I served time in the principal's office for spitballs on the bus. If you need "em...I'm a professional. You can count on me. Brandy
  20. BACA is a dedicated, serious organization of Bikers Against Child Abuse. You apply to your closest chapter to join...there is a background check done on you to ensure there are no past ghosts in the closet concerning children. Once you are cleared, you are invited to ride with them to their police and parent approved case(s). You must attend all meetings and have professional counseling concerning child abuse cases. After a year and all goes well, you are patched, meaning you have earned your back patch for your vest. What they do is provide support in numbers to the victim of abuse, including attending court appearances with the child. Two members who live geographically closest to the child are chosen to provide him or her with 24 hour support if and when needed. The point is to aleviate fear and loneliness to the victim and family, while letting the perp and neighborhood know that this is our little sister or brother, and we will not allow him/her to be hurt. BACA is a most worthy group whose members hearts and souls are dedicated to protecting and healing our little ones from the devastating effects of child abuse...parent, family member, neighbor, stranger. I have left out much, but in a nutshell, I hope I was able to describe BACA. I'm firmly on board and eagerly welcome this organization to our state. Brandy
  21. I've been told that BACA is developing a chapter in North Carolina. It takes time, but I will keep ya'll informed on the progress as I know it. Brandy
  22. Man, that sounds like good fun! Gotta convince Saltydawg I could take that long of a trip without ending up in a wheelchair, though. My Mustang seat is on backorder.
  23. I'll be good. I'll be good. I'll be good.
  24. Next payday he can afford the rest of the bike.
  25. I decided I wanted to learn more about Bikers Against Child Abuse, and apply to a chapter in our area. For shame, North Carolina does not have any chapters here. I'm very disappointed. This is an organization I can really stand behind. Do we have any members patched in BACA? Brandy
