I just put new E3s on the front and back and they told me 40lbs on the rear but its starting to cup on the sides so I put more in it but it sings to me in curves now.

Ok Jerry just because I can't ride with star because they seem to do them on my weekends with the kids doesn't mean I don't ride. I got 17k on the front tire and rear brakes and plan on changing them this weekend. Does the rear caliper just press back in like some cars or do I have to have a special tool to rachet it back in like other cars? Thanks

Thanks everyone I got the pad from Jake Wilson for a fair price and got them in 3 days. Now just have to have a minute to change them. Dont need fronts yet and hope to get threw most of the summer but we shall see.

I need to get new rear pads for my 08 venture what are the best ones and who or were is the best price? I have sent a couple of emails to cyclebrakes but havent heard back from them as of yet. Thanks

I have the elite III on the back and just got one for the front, I was told to run 40 lbs in both because my 404 that was on it cupped really bad. What is everyone running in theirs?

I have a 08 RSV and since she was new have always got around 35 mpg on her. I have a few friends with ultras and street glides that are getting around 50 mpg from what they tell me. I wish I would get better and mines stock on the engine so far. -
I'm not sure if it is still there but there was a midnite venture at Indy Harley davidson a week or so ago here in Indiana. They wanted 6900 for it and she looked like a nice bike. It being in a HD store they didn't price it very high to sell it and get it out. If you look arou d a little you will find some used ones out there. Good luck

I took a behind the scenes tour at HD museum last yr and asked about that bike and the guys that gave the tour was one of the guys that worked on it then. If I remember rite they were berry close to going into production and had around 7 mil in it and I think it was when the familynbought the company back they droped it. They have more than one and there is a warehouse on the top floor that is full of bikes and that's were I seen the first one and a few other bikes that never made the streets.

My son and daughter live with there mom and over last summer i tried to take her to court and get them. The judge decided that it was better for them to stay there and it ok that her and her boy friend fight all the time around the kids and the police have been called and they smoke like freight trains around them. My sone text me tonight and wanted to know if there is a god why does he hate him so much and make him stay there. How do you answer that?? i cant argue with it and I dont lie to him.

The judge basically is telling my ex it's ok to leave the kids at night with her BF whilenshe works from 10 pm til 6 am even knowing this is the same guy that beat the crap out of her. The cops were called out 3 times and they fight and argue weekly but the judge stated that she doesn't seen were the kids are in harms waynbecause the ex lied and told her they haven't fought since the last timemthe cops were out. I got a call the next day after court that they were fighting again. The kids told the judge that they like it there and made it sound to the judge they don't mind the smoking and fighting now. Between the judge screwing me and the ex lying and the kids changing there minds. I filed the last day of school before summer break and it took until the end of October to get to court. Gave her plenty of time to change there minds of twist there heads. I can't afford to do anymore I put every dime I had in this. Her BF wants her out so it's a matter of time before she has no were to live and can't get a place because of bankruptcy.

Well I got the info from court today and it's not good! They have to stay with her. We showed up for court with all kinds of proof of her BF beating her and the cops coming out and them smoking like fraught trains around them and just stacks of stuff! She shows up with not even a copy of the court stuff no lawyer and wins! The judge even asked her if she makes a court order for her not to smoke in the house or around the kids will they stop and she told them no. I have a huge list of stuff on her and nothing! I am so upset rite now it's not even funny!! Now I have 30 days to appeal this but I don't see the use in it and I have spent every dime I have and then some so I'm done! I was told by my divorce lawyer that the only way I would get the kids is if one or both get hurt bad enough to end up in the hospital or dead and I think it's true! The court system is so old fashion they really need to get ride of all of it and start all over again! Thanks everyone for your thoughts and words!

I can't remember who all makes them but there are some led passing lights out there. I know custom dynamics makes stuff and ther are piaa and I'm sure others that are a lot cheaper. Good luck buddy!

Thanks Dano and yes I agree! He wants me to help him lose the weight and get in shape. Thanks Ausie for your thoughts and support everyone! My son who is 13 is 5'8" and 220 lbs and wants to get in shape and so does my daughter so we have a lot of work to do when they get here.

I want to say thank you to everyone! Court was very very long we didn't get till around 5:30 pm last nite. I truly believe that we won but don't know as of yet because the judge has to make her decision and then mail it out. The judge at the end took the kids by herself one at a time and talked to them and both kids tole her about the fighting and arguing and stuff there and how they want to live with me. My ex talked or rambled for over 1.5 hrs saying the samemthing over and over. I can't believe that someone as educated as her kept shooting herself in the foot. In the end the judge asked her if there was a court order for her and herboyfriend not to smoke in the house or around the kids she told her no she had smoke all her life and won't stop. Pretty bad when my lawyer tells me not to have a heart attack when I get the bill! Thanks again!

Great pictures Bummer! I seen on your picture site you are with the Indy star chapter? I try to make some of them but this year has been tough to make anything! Thanks everyone! Today is the day! I talked to my son a little last night and his mom his playing a guilt trip on him and making him think it's all his fault! I haven't been able to talk to my daughter to see how she is yet. I can't believe how she is putting the weight of the world on him! I can't get him to talk much I guess he is to much like me on that and holds it all in. I do know once I get them I am going to have to get them some help to deal with all this crap she has and is doing to them. This being in two states is wearing us all out! I even have the same thing going on with my girlfriends son and his soon to be ex so I'm getting hit all over. Only bad thing with him is he is in Maryland and she is in WI. His moved out of the new house he made for her while he was in afganistan and now just want to live above her fathers garage. I need a boring year! Thanks everyone! Just trying to keep myself positive and it gets very hard at the end! I knew I would get some positive energy here and hopefully it goes to court with me wed! Until this I can't believe how much lawyers cost and how slow the court system is and how comen sence doesn't play into it. Thanks again!

Going to get a little cold for the thicker oil I would think Bob but not sure. I decided to try a little thinner oil for this winter but we will see how that works out and if I change it out.

Wish me luck I am going to court Wednesday to hopefully get custody of the kids from the ex! I have to get them out of the enviroment they are in there and take care of them. This has taken me since school let out for summer break to get to court! I hope form the kids sack we win to get them away from the abuse. Thanks!
