they do make a 2gb in the shuffle that hold I think 500 songs. I have had two shuffles so far and have a problem with remebering to take it off of my belt loop and they dont seem to work after the wash. I just bought a nice mp3 player that are cheaper but you cant down load itunes on them for some reason and have to use other down load soft wear.

I was at the yamaha dealer a few weeks ago and was looking at the stratoliners and I like the rear lights on them,has anyone ever put those on the venture? From looking at them I dont think I would have to modify anything much just wonder how they would plug in I think they are led but not sure.

I wouldnt put laquer paint on anything it is way out of date! I didnt think they even made it any more. The new paints are alot better and last alot better. Yes you can make them look just as good they just need to be wet sanded and buffed I have to do it every day after I paint a car. You want to see the best factory paint jobs go to your lexus dealer they are the nicest paint jobs out there, you cant beat there black cars when they are clean. Good luck with your bike and I hope it turns out like you want!!

I like it!! I used to work with a guy who painted coffins and once he got his amount done he would get in a done one and go to sleep for the rest of the night.

My daughter just got a horse for christmas to, the only thing is that her mom got it for her and she know nothing about them. Should be good to see since she wouldnt listen to me on how much work they are.

If you have a volt meter you can check the bat and watch it without the tender on it for a few days and see if it is losing charge, and you should also be able to see what the chargers are putting out if they are doing to much. Good luck -

Have you tried Rider? it seems to have a lot of everything in it. The last few had at least two Yamaha bikes in it.

Mine is a 08, is there a adjuster screw on both sides or just on the one? Thanks for the picture that helps alot.

I had my 08 carbs worked on as they were leaking, and since then it idles very slow and has died on me a few times. Do I have to tear a bunch of stuff down to get to the idle screws and when I do this do they need synch again? and not ever seeing the carbs on one of these what ones am I looking for? thanks:crying:

The best thing you can do is just start looking at magazines and looking on the net for pictures of diffrent bikes thats what I am doing til I make up my mind before I tear her apart to do. Good luck!!!

Nice glad to see I am not the only one thinking the stock colors dont get it. I am planning on painting mine this winter as soon as I decide what color for sure and how I want to strip it or what ever and if I dont get it done this winter there is always next.

Just a thought here but when you store the bike for the winter is it a good idea to run the fuel out of the carbs and leave them dry for the winter?

I have 30 in back now and with just me its to much and just jolts me over bumps and she told me alittle while ago she thought it was alittle stiff for her there so I will have to just keep riding and till I figure it out, gotta hate that rite?

I have had the dirt bikes and the four wheelers and they are no were near as heavy as the rsv and when you dont expect and the weight on top of it there isnt much you can do. I will agree riding the dirt bikes and stuff helped alot with riding the street bikes but I havent rode anything as top heavy as my bike and with two up you really feel it or at least I do but I am getting used to it and its getting better every day. I guess I am not the only one to have these issues from the looks of it. Kevin

Have you tried pep boys or a discount auto parts place? They might be cheaper, stay away from auto zone on parts like these.

:dancefool:I rode the bike to work today and its alittle stiff for just me so I need to take some out when its one up. I seen the pump somewere from progressive and it was more than the HD one thats why I bought it. Never thought I would see a HD anything cheaper than something else. Whats a good preasure for front and back one up? I am about 6ft2 and 200lbs? I think I have it for the two of us but I will keep playing with it.

We went on the ride to brown county and I got talking to elmo and he was telling me how much better the bike was with air in the shocks, so we stoped at a harley dealer and I bought a pump to try it. I cant believe the diffrence it makes with two up with 30lbs in back and I put 4 lbs in the front, I dont feel like I am ridding in a boat that floats alittle. Thanks for the info Elmo!!

Is the rotella the same as for the cars? I see it in the blue bottle but not sure if its the correct one or not? I think it was like 25 bucks at pep boy for a gallon jug if i remember rite.

I am sure this is going to start a debate but I am going to change the oil in the bike and switch to syn. So far all I have seen is Mobil 1 and its almost 9 bucks a qt. I seen the rotella in a blue bottle that I seen some here use but it doesnt say motorcycle safe on it that I seen? Were is everyone getting there oil at? Thanks for info Kevin
