Ditto on the New Years joy to all!
  3. Love the sentiment Lowell I hope it all happens. especially the happiness on the face part and the $100 dollar biks in the pocket. Buy some nice parts with that. Ride safe guy!
  4. My 85's radio has a crank on it
  5. Never owned one but I've always been a Hannigan fan. Love their side cars. Yours looks great and as Don said the lines of the fenders really do compliment the look of the bike. Your going to have many years of enjoyment out of that trike. Ride safe.

We pick our friends so it is a great loss when we lose one. Sorry to hear of your loss . Our prayers are with you.
  7. Hey Bill very elegant and well said. I've only been a member for six months but don't know what I'd do if this forum was gone. Maybe spend more time pickin on my brother over at the Honda Shadow Ace tourer site. Its a great bunch and i've made some great friends here too. I hope that all those members tha bought different bikes stay with us . Venture riders has become more than just the bikes we ride but the people that ride them. Happy New Years to you all I hope we all have a better year ahead.
  8. Glad to hear you're home safe. Hope Dale is feeling better. Don't feel bad about the password thing . if I didn't write mine down i'd forget half of them.
  9. Good luck with the new babies.
  10. Hey Bman, it looks like a great ride and they say that new frame makes it a better handling bike and rock solid. My old company makes the fuel injection system on that thing right here in new York. Enjoy the ride and as EVERYONE has said here. Once a member always a member. RIDE SAFE BROTHER!
  11. I'm on the list!
  12. Thats Toms greatest wish in the whole wide world.
  13. I never did burn outs. All I could think about was how many fewer miles i'd have left on my tires. Now the speed part That I was a little guilty of!
  14. This may not be a good idea! I recent report on TV showed that GPS units are now the number 1 item stolen from parked cars. Also leaving the holder on the wind invites a break in even if you take the unit with you. Something to think about everyone.
  15. Wow alot of miles mighty impressive. And on the Kendra tires. i've been runnin them on my side car and the Kruz has proven itself to be one tough tire. So far the sidecar hasn't been able to eat its way through it. I may go to them whem the Dunlop on the rear of the 85 is toast.
  16. Man theres a alot of hot air blowin through this thread! LOL!
  17. Merry Christmas back to you Tom. You echo my feelings about Venture riders as well and its because of friends like you that I've met here. Not to mention all the great people that you've introduced me to.
  18. My brother Al is a member on the Shadow Ace tourer sight and was talking with one of several members over there that are also members on this sight. There were talking about how much I wanted a Vebture royale and they gave him the sight URL . I kept it until after i bought my 85 then joined. Been glad ever since.

  20. Well we host the family this year and everything went great. thats a gift in and of itself. very nice evening. Then I too got a GPS that can go from car to bike. and a Blue tooth for the phone. Very nice. Oh and Joanna got a Ruby and Diamond ring that was at the very bottom of her stocking and the very last gift she opened. Romantic to the last . Literally!
  21. I go along with bandit too but how about a compromise you can call him/her Wombandit !
  22. Dropped from 45 degrees last night down in to the 20 this morning. Bikes are away for the winter and there until the salts all washed away:cold:
