Hey Annie I worked in a factory for thirty years That was kind of like working with Intellectually challenged people too. LOL!. Wait I worked there then what does that make me???

Peg. we've spoken in the chat room time and again. I find it hard to believe that you could EVER do anything with the intent of causing trouble. Now me on the other hand ..... Anyway it would be crazy for you to no longer feel free to express your opinion simply because others are incapable of keeping their responses civil. If that was the case everywhere then the intelligent people would no longer say a thing. I for one will always look forward to your posts. PB&J

our prayers go out to you Curtis with hope that the Doc got it all.

This bikes been on E Bay before. When I was looking last Year it was up for sale but the guy wanted $4500.00 for it. Obviously he didn't get it. Its a few hours away from me and i was considering it but the price is a bit above the average. Even with the low miles. a bike that sits like that can be problematic I bought my son a 1983 Yamaha Maxim 750 that had only 1,800 miles on it. We had the carbs apart 4 times trying to clean them, finally had to have them boiled to get all the debris out of the choke holes. It was frustarting biut the bikes run like a top ever since.

Joanna and I are shocked to have lost a new friend we only just met last November. James seemed to be a good soul and was warm and friendly that night we met him and Bongobob . At your home. Please tell Alice that our hearts go out to her and I at least hope to attend the service. Please let us know when it will be. Thanks.

Name of Restaurant Rosalie's Street Address Rt.5&20 City Skeneatales State or Province NY Website (Optional) - Quality of Food Fantastic Quality of Service Fantastic Biker Friendly? (Parking, Trusted Location, Etc.) Yes Kind of Food? (Mexican, Chinese, etc.) Italian Alcohol Served? Yes Additional Comments Rosalies is considered one of the BEST Italian resturants in the Central New York area. Located in Rt.5&20 just west of the beautiful Village of Skeneatales its modest building hides a delight of fine Italian foods. The bread alone, baked on the premises is fantastic and many nights they'll give you a loaf to take home with you. Dress code is casual but the atmosphere is festive and lively with a beautiful tuscon decor. You are served by two waiters that keep you supplied with wine , bread and whatever else you desire. Rosalies prices are a bit hit and a dinner for two with drinks can run to about $75.00. But the food is so good you'll gladly pay the price. To get there take the New York State Thruway to the Auburn exit ( 40) and head south to Rt.5 & 20 then turn left and head east about 8 miles. Its just before you enter the Village. If your in Central N.Y. and you crave great Italian food Rosalie's is a must.

Cecdoo I stay at Carey's Lakeside Cottages in Bolton"s Landing and the prices are very reasonable. But call first(518)644 3091 Rooms range from about $90 on up there is every thing from Motel rooms to efficencies to apartments. Each room has beautiful pine wood walls with a big stone fire place . Its a great price for a lot of place. It has a beach and ski boats. its also a short walk into town for dinner if you feel like stretching the legs. There are also two or three great resturants in the village as well. If they 're Booked theres also a place up in Hague 20 miles up the road called The Trout House.(518) 543-6088 Ask for one of their Motel rooms . They're small and basic but come with a beautiful view of the lake, cable tv and air conditining. They're about the same price. Good Luck.

It does get better but the longer you were married the longer it takes sometimes. Personally keeping the bike is great therapy. Sometimes just getting on and riding can clear away the anger and frustration. But if you have other toys and this one just has to go thats Understandable. Otherwise try to hang onto it or better yet sell it and Buy a 1st Gen:big-grin-emoticon: Either way take from someone whose there too keep something to show yourself that theres positives in your life . It helps you to move forward. Your might still be temped to look back but doing it through a set of mirrors is the best way.

Those sort of things can happen so fast . One second of lost concentration on a road you aren't familiar with and you can be in trouble rally fast. The loss of a rider and a woman rider at that is a terrible thing. Prayers to her family wherever they are.

I can't call them ugly . they are just very different and truly unique. At least they don't look like everything else, thats for sure. You know one when you see it theres no," Is that a harley or a jap bike". Oddly the gas tanks are high and in the front fairing but the bike is still so balanced. In fact that was my brothers and my impression when we sat in a few at Americade. So light !

Hey Magnawake you should see Skydoc's Magna very sweet. He's done alot to it. I have a 84 V65 Sabre I've owned since new and still love the old girl. 145 Hp at the crank but ionly 105 at th3 rear wheel cause of the shaft drive. but still plenty fast . The 85 V Max had 14 hp on her . But the Sabre had longer legs and could go all day. As long as you changed the seat. LOL! Check out my pictures.

wow Barend you got a great sidecar. I've only seen one like it up at Americade 10 years ago. It was attached to a Honda CBX 6cylinder. It was painted to match the bikre in Black silver and red.Its one of only two models of leaning sidecar i've seen on the market. Theres a grteat quarterly magazine called Hack'd out of Virginia that is a wealth of good information and mounting electrical and how to ride a rig. Its an invaluable source of information to a new rig riders.Theres a lot to learn. because you've purchase a leaning car it will be easier than a standard mount car but theres still so much to know. I have a standard mount that rides more like a snowmobile because you need more body english to get around a corner. But they are still a ball to ride.I've had mine 12 years and still get a kick out of it. Welcome to the club we're a small but dedicated part of motorcycling. Non ridiers love us , kids point , people smile, other motorcyclist will look at you like you're a strange beast at times' but thats okay.
