I guess i always liked "Kid's" music. I remember when my folks hated my music when I was A KID I DECIDED TO KEEP AN OPEN MIND AND FEEL THE EVOLUTION OF THE SOUND THAT STARTED AS JAZZ AND BLUES, MOVED TO ROCK AND ROLL AND THEN BEYOND . BEP'S ARE A GREAT DANCE GROUP TOO. :dancefool::dancefool:

Hey maybe with all the different types of bike others own now we should call this site the Adventurer's

Thanks everyone for the info. Thats what logic dictated it was but it's good to hear from those here that have the experience and knowledge. To answer the serial number question the bike is 0000110. But then I learned long ago on here that the bikes serial number was way below the 1450 when the split ring problem was found and changed. Thanks again everyone for the info.

Tailfeather has been there couple of times in Mid June when the local tribes have their Sundance celebrations. Celebration of the longest day of the year . Weather varies but its usually not as hot as in July. But i'll bet fall would be more colorful. It is here in New York.

Okay we all know about the second gear problem, the washer at the end of the shaft is a metal that gets mashed flat and eventually the bike can't stay in 2nd gear. Here's my problem i can put the bike into 2nd and excellerate as long as I stay below 3500rpms. The bike will continue to excellerate even up to 55 mph. BUT if I try to excellerate faster the tranny pops out of gear then back in a again. It will pop out again if i keep trying to push it but stay in as long as it'd below the 3500 mark. I've talked about this with Skydoc 17 but Earl wasn't sure if this is the normal 2nd gear problem but because its in the second gear I believe it must be related somehow any idea what this might be???

It's odd how the sight was slow about two weeks ago and after you posted a notice about it things picked up. Then toward the end of last week it started to slow down again. As earl said Posting w message or a private message seems to take a long time. I also had an error message that kicked me off over a week ago. but it was not late at night, So maybe with higher traffic it was to be expected. Just my two cents.

Yes, I definitely wouldn't have married my first wife. Other than that I wouldn't change anything else!

Need a fuel pump
PBJ replied to Venturous Randy's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
Randya Contact NYJerry several years ago he was riding with some friends far from home when his fuel pump went belly up. He told me he bought a fuel pump from a Napa or some other parts story and wired it in with little problem as a replacement. He even bought and extra one just in case. They were relatively inexpensive. But he never had any trouble with it right up until he sold the bike for his Wing. You'll have to contact him about it though . Good Luck. There may be a thread posted by him on it but I'm not sure. maybe Don could find it if it exists.- 12 replies

I remember where i was that morning. I was sitting in front of the TV. It was a Monday Morning, My father had died the day before and i was starting to write his eulogy. I had stopped to watch the launch. I couldn't believe what I was watching. Our families sadness was only amplified that day. Its a day I never forget because if this tragedy.

Everything he said! They were pretty much unchanged into the 90's and beyond. Few flaws get looking, the 800 are liquid cooled the 1400/1500 were oil cooled. Lots of parts available. But I agree that the 2500 price is waaaayyy too high . The bike evoled into the Boulavard c50 and is still a very popular bike just less choppereques.NYJerry's daughter bought one new two years ago loves it.
