hey Leonard, Great pics! It brings back memories of Oshgoshes and Sun and Funs past. Some of my favorite times were flying in Illinois in an old, redoneTaylorcraft BC-12-D. Flying in the quite, calm air after supper and a day at work, no radios, no electric system, just the quite of the air and a time to reflect on the wonders of God...Momma at my side and following a river to nowhere! Just bought a tom tom one! I'm happy as a clam with it. It's a no frills, Just direction machine. Great for newbees, I'll probably outgrow it and want something better, But then again I've been ooutgrowing my pants for years! Kenw:322:

I'm thinking about getting a gps for Christmas. Don't have a lot of change and was looking in the paper and see the TOM TOM ONE pretty reasonably priced. Has anybody used them? Are they any good? Your thoughts please! Thanks, Kenw:322:

I had the same thing happen earlier this year.I was going down the highway and a big, white' landbarge pulls out from a side road and stops in my lane like a deer in headlights! Luckily there were no cars comming the other direction and I was able to swerve around his front. Would have gone back to talk with them, but I didn't want to go to jail. I never new I could get the backtire to smoke! Have a speedy recovery! Kenw:322:
