I have spent money on knives in the past and believe it was a waste. I have found that a fishing filet knife from Walmart and some off the shelf sets work great as long as you keep them sharp. Best knife I have my dad made from a industrial saw blade. The ability to sharpen the knife is the key IMHO. None of those stay sharp pieces of crap.

Nice idea. I velcroed some pencil bags to the lid of my Wing to hold some of the little stuff like meds, extra glasses, ect.. works well and keeps things from rolling around. For bigger things I use cheap shaving kit bags from WalMart in different colors. Just another idea.

Snarley Bill was going to put something together so you could PM him if he doesn't respond here. Looks to me like you got the right spot too.

I wear TourMaster VentureAir Pants year round winter with the two liners, summer no liners. For a Jacket I have a transition and a mesh from Tourmaster and love them both. I definetely would recommend.

Good deal my friend! Relax and reflect. I'm sure you need it. Jay

I had one on my RSV and was EXTREMELY happy with it. At some point I plan to get one for the Wing when I need a new one. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I hope Peg will ride with you. I know she wasn't comfortable on the RSV and I know from Dawn's experience the RSTD is even lest passenger friendly. I wish you well. Looking forward to seeing you. How about Maintenance Day????

Good Luck. I'll keep you in our prayers. Let me know how it goes. I'm probably going to have mine replaced after this riding season. Starting with my toe so I can walk again in a couple weeks. Again, Good Luck Jay

Thanks to all for the well wishes. I knew I should have been dancing the Hokey Pokey so much (You put your right foot in....)

Well it appears my riding season will be starting a little later than I had hoped. My Arthiritis has cailmed another victiom. My right big toe joint is shot, making it extremely painful to walk and with my job I walk alot. So...March 16th I'm having surgery to have the joint replaired or replaced. I can go back to work in a week, but Doc thinks I should stay off the bike for about 4 weeks (but I bet don't) Anyway I am looking forward to walking with less pain, so that's a good thing. Now if I could just convince my other Dr to replace my shoulder I might be able to be relatively pain free for a few years. Sucks when your body checks out.

I always liked the looks of the Drifter. Researched it pretty heavily. Big problem is there is hardly any accessories made. Still wouldn't mind having one for a 2nd bike.

Wow! Some folks just shouldn't be allowed to breed!

Yes, sir! And proud of it:dancefool:Nobody really knows??

I was told by a Yamaha rep that the RSV meets the EPA standards as is, except for California.

I prefer grey, but will take what's available.

Man I would love to come! I wish I knew some where to leave my truck and trailer once I got to some better weather and then I'd ride on in. Never know I might just show up on your doorstep

Here is the one I use from J&M. http://www.sierra-mc.com/proddetail.asp?prod=JM%2DHS%2DICD284%2DHHU very easy to take in and out for when the wife isn't riding or I just want to use the speakers. A lot more comfortable than the IMC IMHO. Jay -
She is soooo cute. Looks like they are buddies. Already got that phone thing down too. My niece we used to watch did the same thing. Used to crack me up. Couldn't talk yet but had all the hand motions and head bobs downt to a T.

We just switched to Sprints family plan. Got two Blackberry's for $49 and my son got a texting phone made of 40% corn, go figure. We ended up getting more share minutes, unlimited texting, unlimited Internet. I had 7 months to go on a contract with my previous carrier and got out of that for $50. All in all I am saving $19/mo. Also throught Sprint's referral program we got a $75 prepaid visa and so did the security guard at the hospital that recommended we switch. I'll have to say I really like the texting and I never thought I would. We text each other when we are in different rooms (lazy I know)

I've been trying to come up with a design for several years. I wanted something about my son, who I love dearly or my Father who has passed and was my best friend. Maybe even something with RoadKill. I told my son about wanting one and he said I should get a big D on one arm and a Big A on the other...What? Well he says your favorite word is Dumb A$$!!

I have those on all my vehicles. They don't call me RoadKill for nothing!
