That type is okay, but I personally wouldn't get one there. They seem very flimsy. Also, I think I would want some type of rock guard at the front. 10' should be long enough. If you have a minivan you better check your towing capacity, seems like the one we had's capacity was NON-existent!

It really depends what you plan on doing with it. The Toyota and Nissan smaller trucks seem nice. I personally don't like the Colorado, due to my Arthritis and its seating position right down on the floor. I went through the same process you are and ended up with a 2004 Olds Bravada AWD and a 6x12 Enclosed trailer. For me it was the right choice for various reasons. Though I reallly miss a truck. My problem was that for what I wanted it to do it just didn't make any sense not to get a full size. Good luck it will be interesting following this thread. Jay

I'll have to dress prepared so I can shed as much as possible. I'm up to 10Lbs, with 25 to go. I wonder How many times I make my goal before MD? Will that mean we can raise more $$?

Very Happy for her. We talked extentsively at MD the year she came and I know it was something she was really looking forward to doing. Tell her Congrats and we luv' her -
Good Luck. You know I LOVE your bike. Wish I had room and $ for a twin! I have told a couple folks but the idiots think HD is the ONLY bike they can have. Have nothing against HD, may even have one if Yammie doesn't update next year. It just frustrates me that so many folks will not even consider another brand. Again Good Luck!

Still having problems with my RSTD OEM seat Corbin/Mustang
RoadKill replied to a topic in Watering Hole
I'm a Corbin fan. Sets you lower and it is contored in such a way that you really feel like you set IN the seat not up on top! Any new bike I am fortunate enough to get will have a Corbin before I take it home. -
When I had my stock pillow top seat on my 2003 I used a Utopia. Loved it. Along the way I had the opportunity to pick up a used Corbin seat. I thought I try it and if I don't like it could probably resell it. WOW!! Best switch I ever made. The way the Corbin is constructed it sets me about 1 1/2" lower and is dished out in such a way the the seat itself naturally supports my lower back. I have a bad back so I was really surprised at how much better I felt and how much longer I could ride in a day. 300 miles further, from 400/day to 700/day! Check out my gallery picks for a look at the before and after. Jay

Yes you should remove it first. It will stretch some. I had trouble with mine not fitting tight enough so I used double sided tape underneath it.

We are tentatively looking at late October, its seems to be a little cheaper. Hopefully we will avoid the Hurricanes but they seem to have that covered too. We are looking forward to it.
