I have had State Farm Insurance my entire Adult life and always treated fairly. When I totalled my bike in Tennessee the adjuster called my cell phone while I was still in emergency. My best friend handled all the details. I was in the Hospital for 24 hours and was home in 36 and the check beat me home. Ended up with more than I paid for a brand new bike. Now that's my experience. For every company there are good stories and bad but personally I would never have any other.

RoadKill replied to lombaj2468's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Call Clearview. They are stand up folks. maybe its slightly off. Mine fit perfect, but I have heard of others who had the problem and Clearview has made it right. -

Don't know how old you are, but I know my bones are a lot more brittle now then they were 30 years ago. -
My goal is 35 lbs and I have lost 29. I have dramatically changed my diet which has done the trick. Expecting that when yard work kicks in I will be able to loose some more so we will see.

I will look good Lewis. The dealer here in Springfield, IL has a Stratoliner with the batwing, might be a radio caddy. Its a really nice look.

Got that about right for me. 340 miles home then 180 taking my son and wife rides! I'm loving the wing. Great handling and awesome acceleration. Still getting used to the pegs, but its easier everytime. Road 200 miles today and the wife had me take the day off tomorrow its supposed to be 75 here. We may ride the river road to Pere Marquette tomorrow!

I'm with you man! I was planning to leave around 8, but up hear it looks like it may not even get to 32 till 10 am. I may have to break my rule and ride when its below freezing, but like you it will DEFINITELY be daylight. I can't wait!!!!!

Not those, but I'm ordering new ones! Those will always be any MC I own:rotf: Told Buddy I would let HIM take these off and if they survive being taken off he can drop them in the mail to me.

Hey Bill, How do you really feel? I'm from corn farming family and I'm all for it, though I do know there are differences in combustion and am concerned how it will effect existing vehicles.

That is part of what made me go ahead and pull the trigger on the WING. Hope I like it!
-
No particular reason, just something I always wanted to do and its working out well for Buddy too. Loved my bike but I have had the itch for something different for awhile. I'm a rolling stone:biker: I LIKE CHANGE! I think the Wing will hold value a little better and if and when Yamaha ever gets their act together and gets a new Venture out, I will probably be ready to CHANGE again. You are right about the color I've always thought it was a great combo and like you I do like that new seashell/raven also. If it hadn't been the same old 10 year old platform I would have probably got one!
-
I imagine we should both get there around 4 to 5 or so. Hope you make it. The trailer is awesome. I posted some pic, but there is also one in my gallery. Tell Teri Hi and looking forward to seeing her to. Later.

Better go with the F150. GM may not be around. Anyway F150 is the better truck anyway:stirthepot:
