Your Blog is reading well. I look forward each day to catch up on your sights. How about Colorado, now that you are retired, will you let us know if you use a vending machine?
I wish to give a public thank you to Ben (Saddlebum), who spent the better part of two days helping me with my Venture that was having an intermittent charging issue. Not to mention this was on our long weekend in Canada when he had a lot of better things to be doing along with the list of chores from his wife. He was able to diagnose the problem to the Regulator and Marcarl came to our rescue and delivered us a Regulator which Ben was able to convert over to fit my bike.
I would like to add that Ben did not just help me, as I know nothing. He did the work and explained things as we went along and tried to get me involved but I know he regretted it as I did everything wrong and he had to redo my parts.
As we have all said many times, this is a great site, filled with information and most importantly great people.
Thank you Ben (Saddlebum)
I use my Iphone to open my garage door. I never leave without my phone. It is a free app. and it tells you anytime your garage is opened and you can see how long it is open or closed for. It was an add on for my garage door opener called My Q for a chamberlain garage door opener. I believe most new ones have this capability.
The 07 with the pillow top seats and back rest you will love. You will be able to stay seated as long as you are awake, so easily you can do your 400 miles a day.
Good luck and enjoy.
Mrs. Vicco, I am very sorry to hear this very sad news. I hope you can be comforted by any and all good memories of him.
I wish you strength over the next weeks and months.
David
Mine is similar as above, only it isn't always staring straight ahead. If I am doing my scanning I get fixated on something and stop scanning and stare at that object or direction.
As well as others who stated their speed slows down and they have to speed up again, unless it is because I am enjoying the scenery.
I'm embarrassed to say and hope I have learned my lesson when going beyond my fatigue a sign is my facing hitting my gas tank. Luckily the bike stayed up and all was ok.
Fantastic. You must be so Happy, Excited and Thrilled.
Congratulations. A beautiful looking bike and it must ride like a dream.
Come on May Two Four...............
Another great reason, I hear the gang has Hot Sex around the camp fire. I can't talk about it, but I have been to their Rally more then a few years, and always love it.
Yes last year was a great time. I hope to be able to make another one this year and to be able to bring my wife along.
Keep up all the good and hard work you do Puc
Yes a very good time for sure. Another Thank You Carl for putting this event on.
Nice to meet you Jeff (jimmy99) I look forward to seeing you on the road this summer with our bikes. I hope you had an easy drive home last night.
If it is still not running well after all you have done, I would agree with Wizard that it sounds like your fuel pump. I own an 07 also and mine went or rather acted up last summer and I had to change it. Worked like brand new immediately.
Best of luck to figure it all out.
