1. Thanks you all. I am now learning something else here. I did not know of this neat feature. Thank you very much, and if you have any other short cuts, feel free to jump in and help me out. Been here for quite a while now (yrs) and did not know of this feature.
2. Ya that is right. Forgot about the passport stuff and all. I remember posting a while back about that now. Thank you for reminding me. I am going to go north next year. Thinking about riding around one of the great lakes, on this side of the border. Yes I will be packing iron. Fuzzy
3. I will check that out, thanks.
4. Hey Freebird, would it be possible to put the "More button" with pages at the top right corner of this page (Active Threads From Forums), rather than or also at the bottom, and also always active page nimbers to move to the next pages ? Then only one stroke would be needed to move to the next active page of posts - MORE 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Now when you click on the More button it takes you to the top and then you must scroll down again to got to the next page. Hope this makes since, just try it and you will see what I mean. I personally use this home page feature more than the forums pages any how. Just a thought here. Thank you for what you do here. Fuzzy

6. Hey Fred, you sound like you been around a bit. Always wanted to travel to Canada some day. Did you ride up there Fred ? I would love to one of these days. Waiting patiently also ...............
7. Well shucks, where have we heard that before Yammer Dan ? I was looking forward to some pictures. Been sitting around cooped up in this house all day, trying to get well of a sickness. Sounds like you enjoyed your ride. Perfect weather for a good ride coming home.

Ya that fib, wondering the same thing. Maybe he got it fixed if that is all it was.

need help

Sounds like a possible fuel pump problem to me. I am not one of the mechanical gooroos, but from what I have read, this could be the problem. If you get hung out around my area, give me a call at my cell phone if I can help in some way. Ooops, just noticed you are going north, sorry. There are some good mechanics here on the Venture site from that area. Fuzzy
10. Ponch with me and JoeRanger. Ponch is working on my bike at Freebird's Maintenance Day, putting on the center stand. Ponch brought this center stand up for me from his Texas home. We took it directly off his bike. Just wanted to share this, as others, we are thinking and praying for Ponch and his family. Thank you all for the much appreciated updates. Thanks JoeRanger for sharing the photo with me. James
11. Thank you KarlS. My thoughts also. This is UTTERLY ridiculous.
12. Pickin Pickinfred, you have really hit the old nail on the head. Thanks, I agree 110%... Now if-in I could get that ole heifer in red, and hay is not that costly either. Shucks the ole heifer would have enough traction to ride all winter long. Talking about "Milking the Miles". Yes, we need one of those. Man I even have a barn and pasture too. Unlike some "Non Hillbillies". Wait a minute, my neighboring Hillbilly has got a whole pasture field full of those. There is one running through my yard and garden pretty often. I'll just borrow one of his. We Hillbillies can do that you know. James
13. I like that attitude, bring it on Handyman. But this aint about who has the best or worst or smallest. But just what you have, that's all. There all great to me..... Mine used to be a 6' x 12' with a gravel floor. Nice Scooter Bob. Thanks for posting. Fuzzy
14. Ben is now back in the extreme intensive care unit. He has a long long long way to go. He is now having infection problems from his punctured lungs and all the surgery. His Dad (Philip) is leaving his side for the first time tonight to try to get a room there in Lexington,KY and get some sleep. It has been six days since he last slept. Please keep praying for Ben and his family. The family is still praying and not giving up faith that Ben will walk again. Please keep praying. The main doctor (God) may have a different opinion than the doctors at the hospital.Thank you all. Fuzzy
15. :rotf:

My aunt on an Indian

Nice bike there Dingy. I always wanted to ride an old Indian bike. Maybe one of these days. Looks like a very comfortable seat on this bike.
20. This does not have a receiver.... So if you are a PGR member, it would be hard to switch from flag holder and back to trailer. I just saw it and thought this might help someone else. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.m748&item=190582644319&viewitem=&_trkparms=clkid%3D3155915016270951475#ht_500wt_1182
21. Wrong color and no HALO ............ James
22. My thoughts too, different situations, but priceless help. Don't be getting any ideas Freebird, you are going to have to keep up the sales meetings and do like the rest of us and work till you drop over, no early retirement from other means of income. Fuzzy
23. This is OK, I am not offended here, not to bad. Chuckle, chuckle ,,,, Although I do not like the Hillbilly jokes at all. I have heard, and saw, so many ignorant things about the Hillbilly, and I do mean really ignorant. I am proud to be a Good Old Fashion, God Fearing, Kentucky Live In The Hills Hillbilly. Proud of it ..... But I am sorry, that does not look like my ride. Fuzzy
24. Nice, thanks for sharing. Man I really like that John Deer bike. That is nice and looks down right easy to work on, bare bones nice looking ride. I would like one of those please..... I would have to change the seat (*Get Rick Butler to do that mod in green leather) though, because I would ride that bike to work almost everyday. Fuzzy:325:
