Eck I'm Change a room to be close to other guys. Room # is 110 right next to lobby door, Hope you'll check posts in morning, if not that's ok I'll let know girls on front desk to tell you know. As you gal's and guys know we have 5 more arrivals today @ Super 8 Motel, as well Muffins, ADC and Tom are @ KOA WoooHoooo. Richard, and Patricia,are coming tomorrow. So I'm calling little ride on Wed about 10 AM Who ever want to ride Meet and kick a tire is @ 9;30, Super 8 Motel parking lot, and take off is @ 10 AM.

First Heiny is crack open. Tom All 4 are working now, but when those 1st gens arrive, I have to pull out one coil so they can keep up with 2nd gen. Mini, Cool Give Me A Call when you get here. Tomorrow and Monday I have plans to do couple day rides round smokies, See ya Tue.

Hi All, as many of us are interesting to try CT on Venture, I'm Purchase one BFG CT, But reading Reports, and going shortly to Muffin's Inn Asheville rally, Decide to live CT in garage and go with Avons Venom. Reason why is break in period of CT. Somebody said take about 1-1.5 K Miles to break in. well week of lurking Round Smokies, doesn't give me enough time to break tire. I Don't wanna go to Tail of Dragon with half way break in period and Car Tire. I'll Try next time. So I'm steel on Bright side. Just One Question to OB-1? Did you try to rebalance tire after you decide to switch back? Looks like your tire was out of balance, And of corse your riding stile, and wrist disorder didn't match handling of CT.

Hey Leo, I Can Help You to wired your stuff for trailer, next week @ Asheville. I'll be staying in Super 8 motel in Blk, Mountains. You Got my Ph# In my profile. One More Question ? Does your trailer already have installed plug for lights, or we have to do all at once. As Tom Said you better install LED Lights on your trailer, just to relief charging system. If is wiring and harness connection already installed on your piggy, then we have to match existing plug. Is it 4 or 5 prong, can you post couple pics, so we can have clue where to start , and give you best advice. Once again I'll be more then happy to do that work for you in Asheville. And oh yeah I Work For Heineken :rotfl: Just Kidding.

George, you should check Coils too, if You have dipping under bike from 4 tubes, that's may be indicator one of coils doesn't fire / or week spark. Some of unfired gas is slipping way in to crank case rising oil level. I's easy to figure out that. Open your oil filler cap and smell for gas in oil, if you have smell that's indicator one coil is going bad. Coil Doesen't have to quit all the way, but simply there is not enough juice for spark to fire. Found that last year in Ft. Collins. Thank's to Redneck. Good Luck. -
I Have about 9000 mils on my Avons by now, and they look little flat on center. Preparing to go to Ashville, I dont want to take last mile out of tire. Can somebody tell me where are those wearing marks on tire. Thanks.

What are you talking about. I have riding avons in hamering rain for 10 hours, and they stick like glue on wet road. Only time I feel like skiding on wet road was when i have nail in tire, and didn't notice air presure was wayyy tooo low. Avon tires is best improvment I ever have on my venture, But once again That's just me.

You Got my ph# in profile too. One More suggestion. Make sure you get gas on North side of Chicago, or Interstate oasis gas stations, If you run out of gas on Southside of chicago, you can get in some not realy welcome neighborhoods. As Jimbob5 said, if you get trough Chicago Between 10 AM and 2 PM trafic is prety light. You Can Avoid Toll road, if you take 41 N ( First Exit when you pass WI / IL State Line. 41 North will take you in to I 94 east, and is fast as expressway, just few extra stop lights. Have Fun and safe trip.
