    I noticed today that mine will engage then shut off shortly thereafter without touching anything. I used it several times today and it is an intermittent problem. I'll try to clean up the switch and go from there. Otherwise off to the dealer. Anyone else had this problem? hh

    Question Buddy. You state that the smoke gray shows distortion? How much? Either would look good on the 08 S model but if black matches the Yami lower deflectors I'll order those. Don't get here much but will check back. Thank you. hh

    The Yamaha FJR ignition switches had the same problem. At least on the 07 FJR. I vote switch also. hh

    Where in the heck does this thing mount? (08 rsv) The directions say remove the plastic cover. What plastic cover? Allen set screws to the bolts? I can figure that out if it will stay on. Any pictures appreciated. I love Yammie accessories. hh

    As I promised earlier here are some pictures of the Pit Bull lift. This is the air operated and I feel it was worth the extra money spent. You can use just the jack if you wish. The boxes. This should work with the Hayabusa after fairing removal. Pit Bull had $50.00 off when I purchased this model. Shipping was $80.00 at that time. Not cheap but a very well made motorcycle lift. hh

    Right front already leaking on mine. Both getting replaced by Yamaha. 08 with 467 miles. No air used. Go figure. hh

    I heard today down at the Yamaha dealer fuel injection. 1300 remains. Just shop talk but the mechanic had a new service manual that showed 1300 cc and fi. hh

    The grip slides back and forth on the handlebar. Nothing to do with the push/pull of the throttle. It's a lot greater than 1/32 of an inch. hh

    Any way to adjust this or shim it? The throttle is adjusted properly but end to end (along the path of the handlebars) has play in it. Would like to get this down some. Thanks in advance. hh
