Thanks for the offer of borrowing your pegs, but I'm a nervous nellie borrowing from people! If I wreck my own stuff, it's one thing...but I don't want to be responsible for ruining someone else's. I'd appreciate you keeping an eye out for anything that would work though. We hope to try and make it to Pork in the Pines. It would be fun to meet everyone! Hubby and I are new members as of a couple of weeks ago! Started out on a 95 Virago 1100, then bought a V Star a couple of years ago so we could each have our own bike. Hubby traded in the V-Star for 05 Midnight Venture last month. Finding this forum has already been a wealth of info....but my question is for my Virago.... do you know of any place that would have a used, good condition engine guard and highway pegs reasonably priced for it? Saw your posts about the Vroom, vroom. We rode to Wabasha this weekend, jumped the river for a while then came back home. The wind was crazy.....took me all day Sunday to recoupe! 10 hours of fighting that was too much! Thanks for any info.

My hubby and I are taking our 3 sons on the same trip mid June! Great to see the video and will make sure and ride it!! We live in the middle of corn and bean fields. Flat, flat, flat so have to make a 2 hour ride to Wisconsin every weekend to get into the hills. Didn't get much of a chance when our boys were growing up to travel, so this trip means the world to me, to ride for a week with them. Everyone says Spearfish Canyon is unreal! Thanks for tips on great roads to ride!! New to the website as of a week ago and have already learned a wealth of info!

I took a look on the website. Would you be interested in selling it for $60.00 with shipping included? We just bought our Venture, traded in a V-Star and because the set up is all different, our t-bags, etc don't work on the Venture. Trying to reorganize our camping gear without having to spend major $$. Let me know if your interested. Thanks!!

Just wondering if anyone would know of a reasonable place to purchase a luggage rack for our 05 Venture. I've looked on ebay...but they are about $130.00. Used would be great if it was in good condition. Any idea's?

I'm wondering if anyone could help. New member as of last week and not really computer savy. I need to buy a pair of clear glasses for riding home later than we should. We always seem to ride too late and my eyesight isn't the best, when it's dusk. I would like a pair that the wind can't get through the sides. Appreciate any input, otherwise I'm going to have to start riding with the hubby and I'd just as soon keep driving my own bike. Thanks!
