Only in the US. One of my goals in life is to fly to Norway, rent bikes, and see the fjords. I'd also like to see the Swiss Alps on bike before I'm to old . Go for it!

Well, I hope nobody comes into my office till I can put myself back together. That is a beautiful rendition. Don't tell Tartan Terror, but there's just something amazing in the sound of bag pipes isn't there?(Don't want him to get a big head and all.....but I think it would be fun to have a little of his music on here to listen to)

Ha! Those would be the same little Bambi's that have eaten every plant out of my garden. They are beautiful to look at .....but there are way to many of them here in North Iowa!

Well, things have been crazy around here. Work is swamped. Xmas shopping till I drop. Weddings on the weekends...tons of night meetings.....and the fun is just begining. Deer Hunting starts this weekend, so all our son's will be home at noon today. Tonights request...Pioneer stew...and chicken tortilla soup tomorrow night. Beer, wine and gallons of milk. Home made buns. Cinnammon rolls every day for breakfast. By noon today...our house will be strewn with ammo, guns, cammo, everyones hunting license will be misplaced so the 5:00 a.m. panic will set in. Any girlfriends that show up will be helping me finish up xmas shopping till the guys come home for the night to talk smart, brag, tease each other......By Sunday night, we will all be exhausted from late nights and really early mornings. Let the holidays begin!!!! I love it!!! Nothing beats having all your men home together for a few days. Healthy, happy, full of mom's cooking. Life doesn't get any better than that does it?

Squid, Just wanted to let you know I'm thinking about you guys!! As for the rest of you, if you decide to go through with this "loan bike" idea..... It's a great idea! Count me in because I would rather donate here than anywhere else!

Well, you all know how technically inept I am....so I need your advice, again. I want to get Gary a GPS for xmas. Walmart has a Garmin 3.5 Nuvi 200 on sale at Walmart on Black Friday for $97.00. We don't need anything more than the basics so I thought this might be ok for us. Problem is I hate shopping and refuse to stand in line at 3 am. Checked on ebay and get get the same thing for around $112.00 which beats standing in line. The only thing is they all say "refurbished". Have any of you ever bought refurbished and would this be a mistake? Thanks again for all you help!!

Saw in another post that you work for Gemini Letters. Our son works as a graphic designer for Signs by Tomorrow in Cedar Falls, IA. He designed our letters for the outside of our office here and they are Gemini's. Nice product!!!

Nice looking!! I'm taking the pix home to show the hubby!!! You did a great job! Here's a pix of a small carrier that he made for us this summer. It's handy to hook up to the hitch when we need a little extra room for camping.

The rider seat cowl that Cerviperus posted is exactly what he's talking about!!! The price on it is $196.00 and I'm sure Dane (my son) said he thought I could find it on ebay either used or quite a bit lower price. If anyone happens to do a search on ebay and finds it, please let me know. I've tried but not much luck!! I really appreciate all of your help!!!
