    Very bad song

Don't know why the first one is not working from here. Here is another version but in this one, he doesn't explain it like he does in the other one. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55JMnSUTt8I]YouTube - ARLO GUTHRIE[/ame]
  2. OK....embedded videos from break.com should work now.

    Very bad song

A while back there was a thread asking what is the WORSE song that you have ever heard. Well....this is not the WORSE but it is very close to it. Plus, it is about riding and playing the guitar...two things that I really enjoy. So without further ado....I give you Arlo Guthrie and his motorcycle song. 4. Thanks for the link to the website. Nice fencing. I may have to make a trip to WV with a trailer pretty soon.
  5. Sorry that it didn't embed. The hack that I'm using for this has to be modified for every online video site. It takes special programming code for each one. Break.com is not yet included. I'll see if I can get it to work soon.
  6. A big thanks to rjmalizia for taking the time to share this manual. http://www.venturerider.org/manuals/1996-2001%20Royal%20Star%20LIT-11616-VZ-01.pdf
  7. I could set it wider but I honestly don't know what the problem is with the width now. When you get to the end it automatically starts a new line so why does it matter? Also, I try to keep it compatible with the screen resolutions that several people might still be using. I have it set now for 640 wide. Some folks still use 640 x 480 screen resolution. If I make it wider, the window will be outside their viewing area.
  8. Yes, flowers are being sent. Black Owl is making or has already made the arrangements to do so. Thanks for asking.
  9. Full WYSIWYG editor. User CP, Options, scroll down and you'll find a drop down menu to choose the type editor you wish to use. You can control the length on your own as stated in previous posts. Upper right of this box where I am typing the response. Black arrows to increase or decrease the length.
  10. I like that fence. Did you buy the posts and rails or are you making it all?
  11. I just made some changes here and also in the private messages area. The box is now wider and the smilies have been moved to the bottom. I can change it back if this turns out to be unpopular. Feedback is always appreciated.
  12. I'm really sorry to hear the news. Though we knew he was not doing well, it does not make it any easier. Mark was a wonderful asset to our group and was truly an inspiration to all who knew him. Our prayers go out to Nancy, friends and family.
  13. If it is in Port O' Connor, TX, the zip is 77982. According to the website, that is where it is being held.
  14. The problem is that you are trying to link them from a Microsoft account that requires a username and login. You need to save them to your computer and then add them here as an attachment.
  15. I think it is fantastic. I hope it is a HUGE success. I can't imagine anybody being offending by a group wishing to bring some joy into the lives of those injured serving our country. If anybody is offended by it, that's their problem and certainly nothing that you have to apologize for. Thanks for posting it.
  16. I hope you used a credit card or PayPal. I know that some folks don't like PayPal but it's about the only way that I will pay for anything on Ebay. I don't like calling and giving some unknown stranger my credit card info over the phone and I don't like sending a money order or check to somebody for something that he may or may not have. With PayPal, I can pay and my credit card info is kept private from them. If there is a problem, PayPal WILL help you get your money back. They were the ones who got my $2300.00 back from the seller of the generator. For Ebay dealings...and a lot of dealings for that matter...PayPal is my preference. I also have a PayPal debit card that is linked to my PayPal account so if I want to buy something elsewhere and haven't transferred money from PayPal to my bank, I can easily do so.
  17. I've only had one really bad buying experience on Ebay. I paid about $2400.00 for a new generator that was listed as "In Stock, Ready to Ship". I bought it and paid instantly via PayPal. A week later I had heard nothing so contacted the seller only to be told that his shipment had not come in but would be there within 2-3 days. Another week passed, no further word. To make a long story short, it was almost to the 30 day cutoff to being able to file a complaint and I told him that I wanted a refund. He then told me that it would be 3 more weeks before he would have a generator and that if I wanted to cancel, there would be a 10% restocking fee. I blew a gasket. A restocking fee for a product that he did NOT have in stock? I filed a complaint with PayPal and with Square Trade. They got my money back. I left him a negative and he returned the favor. Oh well.
  18. I wonder if they have reverted back? I don't know. I just looked again and all except the Inspiron 1720 show to be g now.
  19. hmmm....sorry...I just can't agree with you. I just used CNET for one example. I've really been reading a lot of reviews and none of them have rated the Airport anywhere near the top and certainly not the longest range. Also, the Wireless N standard has not even been finalized yet and a LOT of computers are still coming with g/a. In fact, I read your post and then went to the Dell site and looked at their notebooks and they are still shipping with the g standard wireless.
  20. You did GOOD. I love the flamed maple Artist series. Wish I could sit it with you. I would play quiet so as not to ruin your music.
  21. But...if you DO want a housing. I just happen to have one. Send me your address and I'll get it in the mail.
  22. I'm facing the same thing. I already have a wireless network based on the "g" standard. I'm getting ready to install my DSL though and for now I plan on keeping both so will be adding another wireless network in my house for redundancy until I have ample time to test both. What I'm finding in my research is that many of the wireless routers only give great performance if you also install their matching wireless cards in your notebooks. I have no intention of buying new cards for our 3 notebook computers at this time. CNET does some pretty good tests but I have still not decided. Several rated much better. This one is high priced for one that really doesn't perform as well as some that are about half the cost. Of course for you Apple lovers, anything made by Apple is always the best. http://reviews.cnet.com/wireless-access-points/apple-airport-extreme-base/4505-3265_7-32307438.html?tag=prod.txt.1 The older model of this one rates higher than the one from Apple. They haven't test this new model yet that I can find. They rate this one as "one of the best they have seen". http://reviews.cnet.com/routers/netgear-wpn824-router/4505-3319_7-31312124.html Here is one that they rated higher than BOTH of those. Better range and better when mixing N, G, etc. http://reviews.cnet.com/routers/belkin-wireless-pre-n/4505-3319_7-30993672.html?tag=prod.txt.1 It also gets the highest ratings at PC Magazine for a wireless N router. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1668050,00.asp
  23. Hey...which Seagull did you end up with? Hope you like it as much as I do mine. I've got an S6 with cutaway and Quantum II electronics and gloss top. Really does play nice. I do like the Artist series though. Maybe someday. As for as American Idol. I don't think that she has a chance of winning but I like Brooke White. Love her voice. Reminds me a bit of Carol King.
  24. You might want to call Sierra. They have two for the Harley. One is for '97 and older and the other for '98 and newer. I'm thinking that the one for the older models MIGHT work. I know that Sierra can tell you, they are very knowledgeable. They may even have one for the Goldwing/Venture. I know that they used to. http://www.sierra-mc.com/proddetail.asp?prod=JM%2DHMHU%2D65
  25. I've been in Ohio for about 6 years. It was probably a year before that when it was last tuned. I'm amazed that it sounds as good as it does. Of course, it sounds OK to ME...probably would not sound OK to you or somebody else with a trained ear.
