  1. I think it's a sharp looking bike. It might develop a following.
  2. That's a beautiful song Bobbie. My wife would break down if I showed it to her. As you know, here sister passed away a couple of years ago and that song and the movie "Beaches" were their favorites. It is really hard for her to hear now.
  3. Gary, the two of you look good together. I'm really happy to see that you are enjoying life again. I hope we get to meet her at Maintenance Day. Your parking spot is reserved.
  4. WOW.....maybe the best rendition I've ever heard of one of the greatest songs of all time.
  5. Yes, it is called Revolution Money and seems to be just fine. The problem is, it really hasn't seemed to have caught on and very few sites accept it.
  6. I love PayPal. Much safer than giving our your credit card info all over the Internet. Also, there have been a couple of times when PayPal saved me from a bad seller. Once to the tune of close to $3,000.00.
  7. I agree and I think there is some attitude here that is misplaced. Geeezzz......the job postings are appreciated by many I'm sure but many times such threads lead to various input. I'm thinking it's going to be a LONG winter.
  8. I would be happy to add it. I just need all the info.
  9. Here is a countdown timer for you. http://www.venturerider.org/rally/
  10. Mine is the tall/wide. About 2" taller than stock. I think it I had it to do over though, I would go stock height but I like the wider shield.
  11. Yes, I'm running one on my bike now. It seems to be an excellent shield. No distortion and very scratch resistant. To be honest, I've only put about 300 miles on it but am very pleased so far.
  12. I've been on a few poker runs and they are always fun. I have no problem with it.
  13. I just use a bicycle handlebar clamp from http://www.marware.com It is sort of like a belt clip where you use a case that has a button on the bike that clips into the clamp. Not fancy but has worked well for me now for about 5 years or so.
  14. Thanks...it should be working now.
  15. No, I've never seen such an adapter. You might check at the Bushtec site but I've never seen one. I've seen the opposite in that they make a pin that has a threaded post to be used on a regular hitch. It looks like somebody added a receiver below that one to take a regular stinger of some sort with a ball mount.
  16. Yes, that is a Bushtec post. Not sure about the hitch. Bushtec does make their own hitches and I suspect that is what it may be.
  17. Who????? ME?????
  18. HUH????
  19. Yep...I saw a guy at Sturgis one year...camped at Glencoe...that had a full coffin on an axle complete with the lining and etc. He slept in it at night. Actually looked pretty comfortable.
  20. Should be OK again now. Sorry, I had ANOTHER upgrade to do this afternoon.
  21. I've gotten no notices of any type of viruses. I suspect that it was an over aggressive virus scanner or something that gave a false warning.
  22. Sorry about that. I made a modification that automatically resizes linked images but didn't intend for it to affect the signatures. I've corrected that now.
  23. Well heck...I went ahead and removed it again but it's not really a big deal to me either.
  24. Heck, I may just leave the post counter. That's just another manual edit that I have to remember every time I do an upgrade and I just don't know that it's that big of a deal.
  25. Sure makes you think so doesn't it. No, it's just that the spammers are constantly looking for ways to crack software code and when any little vulnerability is found, it often requires changes to a lot of files. They are usually VERY minor but I try to keep us current.
