Eileen and I have lived in this house for almost 25 years. We love it here but as we get older, it is a lot to take care of. Therefore, we have started thinking about downsizing and buying a smaller place. Mainly a MUCH smaller yard. We knew that this day would likely come but really had no plans to do it anytime soon. Probably won't do anything until at least the spring or summer but I think the time has come. We are going to start looking around a bit to see what is available in the price range that we plan to be in. It will be hard to leave though.

I'll admit that I kind of miss it also but I've found no solution with this software. I found a mod that will show the country but not the state. I don't see a real need for the country.

Maybe but the seat has to have the hole and etc. installed. Not sure how hard that would be.
