On a possible thread hijack,....but as a former bar/restaurant operator I couldnt help thinking that you must be one heck of a smart guy having a bar next to a court house. What a perfect spot, people win a case they celebrate, they lose, they need a drink, I love it.... BTW Welcome to the group. Now ya gotta take that new shiny ride on a nice long ride up to Cody Wy this july and meet some of the rest of us, and take some great rides. Brian

Yeah i have one of those too, but you cant inflate the tire thru it like you can with this other rig. Brian

hey no worries no ones a know it all here, we are all here trying to figger stuff out and have a bit of fun in the process. i would hook gauge apparatus to the tires schrader valve first and leave it there and the guage would show the pressure in the tire, then I would use the air compressor and inflate the tire thru the schrader valve on the pipe assy under the gauge to the pressure I want. When I released the end of the compressor from the apparatus the tire and apparatus would all inflate to the same pressure and equalize. when i got the pressure i got on the gauge i would release the end of the hose attached to the schrader valve. Its a lot like the setup that a lot of the gas stations use and the gauge I have recently purchased from Princess Auto, and mine seems to be exactly right when the tire and gauge assy are disconnected from the compressor. FYI I think the 83 and 84 are the same, the 85 is larger like the 86 and up but is still removable. The 86 and up are all the same as far as I know. Ive heard of ppl putting the larger MK2 trunks on, but theres some modding to be done and I think it would probably be easier with the mounting plate too. Brian

But if the valve stem center is depressed because the hose end has the style of end that kinda clamps on to the stem depressing the center thingy until you remove the air hose, the whole hose and tire should equalize to the same pressure all the way throughout the apparatus as the gauge is reading everything. At least thats the way i think it.....am I wrong? Brian

Are you aware that only you get that listing, everyone else gets their own ip and address when they view that posting. ALso, the web is a very public place, every (and I do mean every) website you visit runs a log that keeps track of who visits, and can bring up the area where you live, how long you were on that page, and where you were before and after you leave. Privacy on the web is a myth so please remember that when youre surfing....or use something like the anonymizer or a proxy service if you want to be private,.... and even then there are some things that can track you back to your computer. I am thinking June and September would be no problem at all as youre not into too much in the way of high altittudes in the black hills (not like the Rockies at least) and the daytime temps would be fine during the days. (the evenings might be a bit cool tho) Plus in June or September the prices are probably better for lodging. Brian

yeah the trunk looks like one of those mutazu trunks that you can buy for about a hundred bucks. i am guessing the batwing fairing doesnt have any toys installed like a radio, etc. Brian

thanks for the update Bob, we are glad youre doing well. Brian

HI Randy Malwarebytes is a free download for the basic version so yes we can get you a copy, but youll just have to run it manually and its not hard. Here is the link to the free basic version, run it and then just follow the directions and keep us posted. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/malwarebytes.html After you get it downloaded and updated, i would take both your machines off your network, until your scanning and deleting is done so you cant get any more files infected and youre not infecting anyone else. THen, once you get things cleaned up get plugged back in again. Also double check that your antivirus progrma is up to date and running properly, If not maybe go to snapfiles.com (where youre getting the Malwarebytes from) and download AVG or Avast....both are good antivirus and they are free.

If the spam is consistently cominf from a couple of addresses, I would suggest getting in touch with your ISP and have them set up a block on those address, so nothing can get through. Chances are if youre getting spammed lots of other ISP customers will be getting hit as well so your provider should take 2 minutes and make the additions for you. Brian

I think there may be some confusion to some members that may not know what the Dark Side is.....It is running a car tire on the rear of your RSV or RSTD. Brian

It sounds like a great idea, and if I was about 600 miles closer I would be all over it. but 1100 miles south is a bit too far for a weekend trip. Good luck you will have a good time! Brian

Good luck Bob! although you wont need it. The cataract operation itself if you have nothing else going on is the most painless procedure ive ever had done, and I had both eyes done about 6 years ago. I was amazed how much brighter everything was and the insert installed in my eyes fixed my vision to better than 20/20 but i needed glasses to read after. I didnt even need Tylenol afterwards, as I had no pain at all and only needed the patch for at night so I didnt accidentally rub my eye while sleeping. I am glad youre taking time off work I got a piece of dust in my eye about 10 days after the op while cutting the grass (yeah I know, it was dumb) and it meant a trip to doc to get things checked over. I am just as shocked by that as you are..... Brian

We had Air Canada seat sale flights return outta Regina roundtrip to Miami for about 450 bucks a couple of weeks ago. I am sure theres gotta be places down there to rent a bike at, and the roads looked pretty good too, but a lot of what I saw looks pretty flat, its kinda like saskatchewan with more water around and warmer winters. IMHO the riding is more scenic in West Coast California, if youre getting into San Francisco or Sacramento gets you into a lot of scenic places pretty quick although the weather isnt as warm as Florida, and possibly a bit wetter. This winter has been one of extremes and I am starting to feel like a yo-yo. Last weekend we were well above freezing with some areas close to here hitting 40f with sun and lots of melting. Monday we started to drop and when i got up this morning the temp was -32f and sunny, ooo cold! Now, coming on Thurs we are sposed to be over 32f again and sunny, I appreciate that we arent getting the storms some of you are, but the temperature swings are wild! Add the fact i just got back from the Southern Caribbean and Florida its getting a bit hard to know what coat to wear in the mornings!!! I feel confused!!! Brian:confused24:
