I rode the same bike as Don. It had some nice things like the ride was great but I didnt like the fairing. Also the lowers on the fairing I didnt like. But with that said the bike ran well and rode well.

Hi All Ive been at work since 5am . At 7am Christy called and told me Webster ny had a fire going on , then she told me 4 firefighters had been shot. I have been in contact with some of my students and they are fine. But just found out two of the firefighters died. Just not a good day. Bull463

Hi All Well my volly dept has been going down to amityville Li for a little over 6 days . Its my turn to go down and run some calls for them so they can try to get their lives back in order. Ill be back on sun evening. Bull463

Hi All Well Christy and I are back home from vacation. We spent a week in Saint Marteen, we had a great time. I was able to over come my fears of the ocean and go scuba diving yep a whole 30 ft under the waves, it is nothing like wearing a airpack, We spent a lot of time on the beach reading and people watching, there is alot of peaple to see on the beach some need a second look. We met alot of great people, Christy got her birthday ,christmas, and probubly couple other holidays present.It was a ring she had her eye on. We flew out just as the tropical storm was coming in. We had a super time and cant wait to go back. Bull463

I pulled one just like that for the first time up to the internatioal rally. I never knew it was back there. Also lots of space for 6 person tent qween size blow up mattrass and all of our personal stuff and the wife likes to pack the kichen sink. lol Bull463

We made it home around 12:30. Stopped in Nunda for breakfast and met some of the colorful locals Christy says the magic rainsuit worked again, we didn't hit any rain at all.

Hi All christy and I are getting ready to leave the cottage and ride up to the rally. we spent the day on the lake sunday. Almost got caught in a big ride storm on the lake got back just in time. Well waitting on Christy (biG suprize) and we will be there in about 3 hrs. Bull463

Hi All Just need to tell you of my wk. My volly fire gig had jr fire acadamy this week 20 9to 15 year old kids learning about fire and Ems plus I was on nights at the fire station at the airport. Monday had a bad MVA did not turn out well and turns out I knew her and her kids. (sucks) rt 38 vet ride sat then a day at the lake and monday off to to rally. Sorry to rant and rave but Ive been busyer that a puppy that just found his pecker. See ya at the rally Bull463

Hi I just sold my 83 VR this spring. I had the same thing holding back, I had to rebuild the rear break master cyl. and clean the bleed off holes. This may be your problem. I really liked my 83 but I was looking for a bit bigger body style. Bull463

Well I went from a 83 VR to a 88 Wing. I liked the venture but would have liked more than one shock in the rear. The venture did handle well . But I bought my wing in the fall and made a winter project out of it . When I picked the bike up she was dirtyer than a dock qween waiting for the ships to come in. This spring I got it out and I really like the way it rides and the 6 cyl engine is nice. Time will tell i may still go to a newer venture. Bull463
