  7. My dealer lets me do that, he give me the parts ,I put them on ,he gets paid for the parts and labor. It's a win win for him. Most times he lets me keep the old parts. Ride safe Bob.

  9. Had the same size tires on a different trailer with thousands of miles with no problems. I use a good quality timken beariing hub, speed is not an issue. Bob
  10. By loading the heavy stuff at the back most of the weight is opn the rear wheel Bob
  11. The 1300 V star is liquid cooled, the 950 V star is air cooled

  14. I used the RAM MOUNT system to mount the speakers to the handle bar And put the amp. in the saddle bag. Run the wires under the gas tank, keeps the amp dry, don't think it's water resistant. Ride safe Bob

  17. After my crash I bought a fullface moduler with the flip down sun shield. I need the flip down shield because my right eye doesn't ajdust to light conditions, so I have to flip the shield up and down from sun to shade. It has some wind noise, but I have no choise. The helmet make is CKX modular. Ride safe Bob
  18. When I had my 2004 venture, I had my radio do the same thing,the dealer replaced the controler on the handle bar. That fixed it. Another time the radio quit again in a heavy rain,changed controler again. Thank goodness for waranty Yamaha is sure proud of that piece ( very expensive) Hope you find your problem Bob

  20. Thanks BJB for posting the pic. Don't know what happend, last thing I remenber of that day is having breakfast in Brandon Mb. with Sarge 46 & the rest of the crew,before leaving to P.I.P. I was told later that my helmet saved my life. Ride safe Bob
