Update on RALLY @ THE SHORES........talked to Ernie...The shores is FULLY OPEN with some restrictions at this time..The hotel is OPEN.. Bathrooms are OPEN..pool will be OPEN ( restrictions at this time...10 people ).. dining room seating is CLOSED (at this time..restrictions apply... take out available for now..will probably open by our rally ). This is all good news. We are slowly opening up in this area....NEED to open the Canadian and USA border...keep your fingers crossed..WE ARE STILL A GO for the rally !!!!!! Stay safe everyone. See you there...

Thanks for the blizzard in WNY the last few days, it was fun.....Will ya do it again please ? Nothing like a cozy fire, good movie and someone to snuggle up next to.. The winds were great, hard to see the snow with it blowing like that..Had to go out yesterday and my truck doors froze while I was inside...Couldn't get out... never had that happen before...cool brother !!! had to get someone to open my door from the outside...lol..only lost power a couple of times but it only lasted a few seconds each time...GOOD JOB MY FRIEND...!!!! p.s. I seen much worse than that , you're slipping....

Here's a secret...since I've been diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago, Ice cream is sort of a thing of the past. I will indulge maybe 4 or 5 times a year , but that is all. Don't keep it in the house any more and when Taters wants that TASTY TREAT, I will opt for a small vanilla cone or a milkshake...Numbers are going down slowly. Have it under control now and within a year I'm hoping to be off my shots and medication....my morning sugar levels were around 180 to 240, now they are 110 to 125...I used to feel dizzy at the low levels but not any more. Its the norm for me now.

Once in Maine, she kept yelling MOOSE..MOOSE...MOOSE...it didn't connect until she screamed DEER ................WOW those things are big....Even if it was only a metal rusted imitation.....NOW, EVERYTHING IS CALLED OUT AS DEER! lol

Funny you mention the "sack of potatoes" that how taters got her name...for years , I would have to reach back with my hand to touch her leg to see if SHE was still back there. She is the BEST PARTNER to ride with.. Always glad to hear her call out "deer".....She saved our butts a few times over the years.
