I have to agree with all the other posters...I down shift all the time..Wont hurt a thing..Like the others I want to be in gear for that .".IN CASE" moment...and we all know it does happen... dont be afraid to use your gears...

Taters will tell you ,I'm am not afraid of any thing..That was one freeky night...we all had an experience or two to talk about... When you ask a question when your alone in a room and then play back the recorder the next day and hear a reply that you didnt hear when you asked it... it'll freak you out... I'M not talking whats sounds like a voice,I'm talking about someone answering as clear as if they were standing next to you...sad to hear crying on the recorder and voices asking for help . There were 1700 deaths here and many are buried in unmarked paupers graves on the grounds..very sad place..this building not only served as a sanitorium, but as a poor house ,nursing home and orphanage where the children were sold and rented out as farm hands...when we went i asked a group of friends who were skeptics because i didnt want any one to feed of of each others fears or enthusiaum of the paranormal...EVERYONE ended up with a new view on the paranormal....Rolling Hills consist of two large buildings that are connected together..One three floors and one four stories tall..we went with three couples and would change locatations every hour via walkie talkie...No two couples were ever together except when meeting to take a coffee break..this place is not for the weak of heart...no heat ..no electricity except for a meeting room and is big..big..big...easy to get lost in... check out their web site and maybe we can do a hunt together...

Taters and I are still holding our own....we'll weigh our selves on Tuesday..I'm hoping for another 5 lbs. TATERS can't expect to much..she didn't need to loose any weight to start with...My one leg weighs more than she does...but, she wanted to join in and raise some money for the children of St . Judes..GOTTA LOVE HER.. STICK WITH IT TEAM..WE CAN DO IT...(ps..stopped smoking again.. three days now ) starting to hate this ice cream guy

Just threw my pack in the fireplace..better to stop now...just started to smoke again a couple of weeks ago..better to do it now while Im smoking 5 or 6 cigarettes a day rather than a pack and a half....one day at a time...one day at a time....

Taters and I both started weight watchers a day or two before the weight thread started..perfect timing and it gave us the motovation we needed..both just weighed in..its working...As long as we are commited to stick with it, this is gonna be a snap.(POSITIVE THINKING) Of course, both of us having the flu this week really helped too..lol.. good luck everyone:pushups::pushups:

Poor baby...Came home from work today and guess whos big green eyes are peeking out from under the blanket?....Yep Taters caught the flu from me...As much as I would like to get back at her for all the shots she threw at me this past week when I was sick..I just cant do it...Gonna take care of her....Gave her chicken broth, got some ginger ale for her, and medicated the heck out of her.....that should due for now...Funny thing,..I asked her if she needed anything and she asks me to do only one thing..."CHECK TO SEE IF I HAVE ANY NEW FRIENDS REQUEST".... Go figure!!!!!!! Even when shes sick she gotta rub it in...

How true..TATERS checks her friends list out constantly and reminds me of how many friends she now has...:doh::doh:
