What Brake Modulator do you use?
juggler replied to jryan's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I use this one. It's great. http://www.signaldynamics.com/products/Modules/xp.asp It works with both normal and LED lights. Some others do not work with LED lights. -
I thought that's what his wife was supposed to be doing while sitting in the seat behind him?

I'll look at that this evening. I'm new to using Wiki.

Well I decided to jump in and add to the Second Gen page. I added a bit about year to year differences and a blurb about the Millennium Edition RSV.

I woke up to snow on the ground this morning. It is warming up though to the mid 30's so it's likely to become rain until tonight when it will get colder. I did ride to and from work on Monday and Tuesday this week. :snow2:

If my job required a collar I'd get a new job. I refuse to wear a collar as they tend to have leashes attached. :snow:

In the late 80's I took a day from the Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton and went to Tijuana. I was hoping to party a bit. It turned out to be election day there and the whole country was dry for the whole day. I couldn't find a drop a tequila anywhere. So, tonight I sit at home, watching Brit comedy on DVD sipping martini's. Much better this way.

Big Scare on Halloween - Blown Tire - Long Story
juggler replied to RedRider's topic in Watering Hole
I do not understand that. I have 6k on mine this year and that's riding two up most of the time and pulling a trailer for about 1800 of that and my Dunlop 404 WWW look like new. I replaced my last set at about 12k when the hit the wear indicators. I suppose I could have ridden more on them but figure why risk it. As far a weight on the tires, I weigh close to 300 and my wife is not petite. Plus loaded down a trips and pulling a trailer. There has to some other factor here otherwise my D404 would have blown by now. -

That has got to be the most expensive tire in history! Glad you stopped the bike safely. That sounds like the only part the went right. -
I know we have one or two that used to post fairly regularly. I'll have to dig a bit to find out who. Ok, I found the one member from New Zealand. Flash http://www.venturerider.org/forum/member.php?u=277

That's strange. While there may not be an "Official" scenic byway, I've driven/ridden many scenic roads in Michigan and Texas. I believe that there is nothing scenic in Nebraska. But nothing in Pennsylvania? I find that hard to believe.

So these morons will work on a 2000 RSV, but not a 1999 RSV? IDIOTS! -
"The Bill amends the Highway Traffic Act to prohibit driving or operating a motorcycle on a highway while a person under the age of 14 is a passenger on the motorcycle, with a view to promoting safety on Ontario's roads and protecting youth from preventable injuries. " I wonder what other laws can be written for the same purpose? "Youth" are injured: in/by Cars on bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/blades playing school sports walking down stairs while checking out a cute girl/boy mowing the lawn working the family farm/business and that is just my short list of "dangerous" activities Oh yeah, their gonna have to ban youth hockey! Can you imagine that in Canada? Cheers,
