  1. If you want to balance out the back pressure all you have to do is add a cross over pipe between all the pipes. My MARK'S EXHAUST Phone NUMBER 1-760-948-1346 that was pictured in that link http://www.venturerider.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=56874 from above was sent back to mark because he found it worked much better with the cross over pipe so I had him add it to my setup. All I had to do was go up one size in both the main and pilot jets and my 1986 Venture trike runs great getting 35MPG pulling a trailer two up. Hope this helps:fingers-crossed-emo
  2. The axle will not cause the wheel to wobble. If it was the axle the tire would tilt in or out or toe in or out but NOT wobble. It would have to be the tire or wheel to cause this only. Best of luck:fingers-crossed-emo
  3. We have her in our thoughts and prayers,
  4. Hello If you want to increase your power you could do what I did by adding a new collector from MARK'S EXHAUST NUMBER 1-760-948-1346 Very nice guy to deal with when I got mine from him. I have it on my 1986 Venture Trike and it helped a lot. Not cheap but he will make it the way you want it. SST or ceramic coated. MAy have to rejet like I did but it works great now
  5. Go with the narrower front with the E3 you will love it .Been run running them for 3 years and will never go back to the wide tire. Bike handles much better with the narrow tire on the front Best of luck
  6. Owen That will help alot with the copper plates. I use to run a lot of copper wire under the ground around my home and that really help me getting out.
  7. Just wondering what you are using for the ground plane and were on the bike are you going to put it . I use to be a ham operator also. I was 2 meter
  8. I have my own shop and mount tires a lot in the summer in my bike shop and I will agree with you there are some tires you do not have to add wieghts to but 98% or more when I balance them you have to add wieght and sometimes a lot. You keep saying a quality tire makes a differance and I have mounted all types and it does not matter what tire or brand. All tires have to be balanced no matter what and balanced with something, Just my 2 cents. Have a great day
  9. The White dot only means that when the tire was made that is the lightest spot of that on that tire. It is to tell the installer to put at valve stem to compensate for the wieght of the valve stem. Also most all bikes that come from the factory has wheel wieghts to balance the wheels and tires. So what did you mean by FACTORY balanced? Just wondering
  10. Had a great day. 47" tool roller Cabinet for shop. Motorcycle led solar light for in front of the shop 10" slider chop saw What a year Thanks you santa

  13. I have been running them for 16500 miles and have had NO problems what so ever. Tires are lasting longer then before the beads. I love them. I change tire on the side and it makes the job so much easier and faster. They also can be re-used in your next tire. I would never go back to the Lead anymore. As of Now I have 16500 miles on my tires and they still look very good . No cupping at all and I pull a trailer 90% of the time. Just my thoughts
  14. Just wanted to wish everyone to have a Very Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year from Wisconsin. I hope Santa will bring you everything you wanted for X-MAS and more. Keith & Bonnie Bikenut & Choconut:big-grin-emoticon:

  16. Here is a picture of what they look like His I think are a little wider then this set.
  17. Go to this link http://www.buckeyeperformance.com/ Call and talk to Rick. He has a chrome wide clamp that covers up that gap . I have them on my bike and look great Hope this helps
  18. You did everything right except what you followed does not show how to grease and clean the fingers in the rear wheel. On the wheel you will have to remove a big snap ring on the gear side and then remove the fingers out of the wheel. clean and grease and put back together and noise will be gone. steps to do this are in the tech section. Hope this helps
  19. Hummingbird Please show us your facts that they do not work.I have been running them for over a year and have 15000 miles on my tires front and rear E3 and they are holding up much better with the use of the beads then being balanced the old way. It is easy and cost alot less because they can be re-used so show us your facts that they do not work .I like them and will continue to use them unless you have some good facts. Bikenut:stirthepot:
  20. My clearview windshield with a vent has NO sealant on the vent. The vent has a rubber/foam type gasket on the windshield to seal it. There are 4 screws from the back that holds it in. Mine is 4 years old and looks like the day I got it. Hope this helps
  21. Under the rear seat are two plugs looking like your helmet plug in. One of those might have come apart under the rear seat. Not sure but I think one is for the radio and one is for the Cb. Both units are under your trunk in the back so I would look here first. Hope this helps Bikenut:fingers-crossed-emo
  22. The 660 is about the same as Condor stated. hit the music symbol and get to the area for forward and just pause it and it will be in the background but not running. I had the same thing happen to me and screwed around for 1/2 hour to find it. Good luck
  23. I just picked this one up at battery plus . it is one of the highest cca batteries I have found. Works very good compaired to the stock one. It is in my 2006 venture http://www.batteriesplus.com/product/40582-X2--20L-X2-Power-AGM-Battery/558-CC/5380-Motorcycle-Batteries/130128-Yamaha/XVZ13-Royal-Star_Venture-(All)/1300CC-1996-to-2009.aspx. There has also been some problems with the cassette player drawing power even with the key off. Do a search in the tech section and you may find what to do. Hope this helps
