  4. Sad to report that I missed a buck at 12 yards with the bow.... was that dark that I really shouldn't have taken the shot. Nothing since.....
  5. I big thank you to those that served, or are still serving.
  6. Sure...tease me! The week was a bust. Nothing.
  7. I've been sitting in the bush since Monday with the licence and the orange hat.......have seen a ton of turkeys but Bambi is playing hide and seek....and winning. Hopefully they will start moving more now.
  8. Maybe when they catch up with him, they could bring him around to your place and we could have a "maintenance" meeting!:cool10:
  9. Check out the Rivco air horns....had them on my first Venture...nice and loud and I believe cheaper....can't remember that far back as to what they cost.

  12. Ya....have to admit I laughed my butt off.
  13. I currently have two sat radios....the mobile one for the bike and/or the boombox when I'm at the cottage, and the second one in the built-in in my Jeep. I have been able to negotiate what ends up being a 2 for 1 price break for the two radios. What I like about the sat radio is that when I am driving or riding, I want music.....I don't want to listen to chatter....get enough of that at work......I want music. With the sat radio, I can chose by station to listen to a specific type of music.....I tend to listen to 60's, 70's, some 80's and the comedy channel.......there is lots more to choose from.....I like having that ability to specify when type of music to listen to. Wife doesn't care for the sat radio, but then for her, the radio is just background noise....to each his own.
  14. Well it may come to that but I would rather someone enjoy reading them.....time will tell.
  15. Hey Wingers....I have sold my Wing and have a stack of WingWorld magazines....probably about 2-3 years worth...free to anyone that wants them.....shipping may be an issue is you live too far from me......let me know.
  16. Ya....what dogman said.....
  17. I've seen that before...laughed my butt off.
  18. In fact...hey Bobby...remember this? This is a picture of bongbobny installing my horns for me on the Wing.
  19. When I had my 1500, I mounted the air horn inside the fairing up by the right turn signal. Made a little bed out of some foam so it won't roll around...worked well.
  20. O.K...great info guys, thanks.
  21. Am going to mount my satellite radio one of these days and was wondering where people are mounting the antenna. I thought I read somewhere that someone mounted their antenna inside the fairing.....does that work well? I assume if that works, you would have to mount/aim the antenna somewhat skyward?
  22. That looks real nice!
  23. I have seen this before...thought I would share for those that haven't seen it yet.
  24. O.K. guys, thanks for the info.
  25. I am at work and cant take a measurment right now......can someone look at the picture and tell me if this windshield is the stock width, or is it more narrow? It's about 2" shorter on each side then the chrome trim. Thanks
