    lol:crackup: knob on left never thought of that:think: no i dont have a head set yet but as a last resort a friend of mine has a RSV also and has a head set so i might drive over and see if that is the problen didnt think of that so thanks

    got on the bike today and the radio wont work. all the funtions come on and i can change stations and go to the CB but there is no sound. now before i split the front is there any thing else i can do i or any thing else i need to look for? i really dont want to split the front it scares me to mess with that but if i have to i guess i will.

    the owners manaul is in the TECH library along with the service manual you can down load or just read from there. good luck

    make sure you take a wooden block to put in front of the tire so you dont mess up the front fender:scared:

    it was 47 here yesterday i got about 60 mles in before i parked her rode to work today but there calling for rain the rest of the week.

    i like the clearview with the vent but there is one problem with it bugs. you have got to watch the way you have the vent if not you will get a taste of every bug that past through the vent and make sure you wear glasses if you have found a way around this please share it with me the big green one are a little bitter.

    took a vacation day to do some riding did about 90 miles might get up off my cold butt and ride some more

    last year when i bought my 06 RSV i rode 12000 in six months this year i only got 7000 due to work and a bad tire but i will try harder next year i promise.

    was out wondering around today and remembered that a local Victory dealership was going out of business its been three weeks since i was there last so i went over there to check out the remaining stock walked in and seen some tires on the rack that said 50% off now whats the odds that they would have one to fit a RSV. not only did they have the back they also had the front to match Dunlops 404 WWW got both of them for $150 plus tax.

    550 is a nice rode we came through there in a truck with a 30'5th wheel. there was a lot of switch backs that scared the wife but it was a nice veiw if i remember right i think from Durango to Grand juction there were about three to four diffrent swithbacks and watch out for the wind.

    is there any tech help with draining the old fluid out and replacing it? never done this and i dont want to mess it up any help would be great. thanks

    i guy i work with took a hit last year from a humming bird nailed him right between the eyes he looked liked crap if it had been a little lower and to the left or right he might have lost his eye.

    with some of you taken so many picture like Bobbi and lonna and a few more of you what do you save them to or put them on. i dont want to waste so much of my hard drive storeing them so what should i do put them on flash drives or buy an externial hard drive i mostly burn them to disc but disc can get broke so do any one of you have any good sugestions on how to store and save my pictures?

    i have a clearveiw windsheild i guess its the factory height but my wife complains about all the wind she catches if was to find or buy a taller one would that take some of the wind off her and what would that do to MPG and handling ?

    i had the same problem as you do but on the trunk it is on the right side as you look at it. i put some locktite super glue on it and so far its been a month and its still holding. like you said it looks like a clean break. i opened the trunk and there it was stuck in the lock part. well i will be watching this thread and see if it is a warrenty item.
