    I still have my 2014 Ram 2500, thinking it will be the last truck I will ever need. I hate shopping for new vehicles. The last one I bought, a 2019 Mazda 5, I did over the phone, never even went to look at it.

    If memory serves me correct there is no bleeder at the steering head on an 83, those weren't installed until 86. That doesn't mean you don't have one, but it would be aftermarket. If the proportioning valve is compromised then you'll have fun getting things to work right if at all. That needs to be fixed first.

    That light indicates there is something amiss which cause can be found by checking the rest of the display. It could be low fuel, headlight burned out, over heating. It's telling you, take a look, you have a problem.

    Wasn't the fork's fault, the split washer wears out and then the dogs don't/aren't seated properly.

    I have a miniature tool kit with short bits and a small driver handle. Kit has many different bits in it. Harbour Freight or Princess Auto.

    It may be an 03, but it's no different than a 2013 but with maybe less miles.

    Now that should work just fine. Do you need instructions on how to use it properly now? Looks to me that we could have a go fund me to buy you a workbench, seeing as you don't seem to have one.

    There's an 86 sitting in my garage. Ready for some love work. Used to belong to Swifty ( David Fast). Bought it to restore for my nephew, but that didn't work out.

    You are most likely having an issue with the former owner in that he installed that on his own. Keep following the wire is the best I can suggest.

    Yep,,, we obviously know how to do it right, but we also want to helpful to those who don't know or understand the right directions, so seeing as we are familiar to both we can use what suits best.

    take a close look at the boots to make sure they are properly seated. Look all around and then look again, you'll need a light. Check both top and bottoms. They can be a pain to seat 100 % proper.
