They may not be so far out actually. Our most intense areas for covid around here is in Toronto/Peel region. It's claimed that the high Covid count is due to the working conditions/habits at places such as Amazon and other close quartered plants. Understandable. And when the down and out counts ranges in the 100s in one location, it makes sense to me.

Are you sure there is enough oil in there? I have never seen perfectly clear engine oil, mineral oil, castrol oil, but never engine oil.

Off chance thought. Is your oil level more than 1/2 the sight glass when bike is straight up? If the answer is yes, you may have oil leaking down from the breather. Another though would be that there might be a cover bolt that's not seated properly. These bolts are shoulder bolts and do not tighten onto the valve cover, they snug down on the shoulder which gives exact clearance needed for the valve cover gasket. If you added a washer or so to the bolt, it's done wrong and will leak.

Try cutting a slot in it for a flat screwdriver, or just grind the head off entirely. The left over pipe will remove easily seeing as the tension is removed when the head is off.

If you replaced all the fluids, did you consider that brake fluid is also a fluid? Sounds like you did a lot of work, something you can be happy about and proud of. Good going!!

Hey!! Thanks for your input. The real issue here, the one that broke the camels back was that Niagara Shores wanted\needed a definite head count much earlier than expected, either on our part or their part. We were to have until June 15th to complete the booking, but they were turning down lots of business for the week already. We could not assure them that we would fulfill our ideas and they are in the position of having to scrape every available dollar that they could,,,, and seeing as this covid thing is such a moving target, I had to pull the plug. Yes a committee might be a way to go and I'm open to ALL ideas and volunteers. I don't even need to be a boss or leader or head. All good conversation, carry on.

Don't know about the burger anymore, @saddlebum, @sleepy2, @xv1100se and others have been around here. They looked kind of hungry and in need of nourishment so it was time to look for some fodder for those poor underfed beings. Did find some burgers but the boys didn't eat them, don't know what happened, so give me lots of notice before you sneak over border so I can have some well aged ready for you.
