  1. Glad to know that my place is a grand place for non-gathering,,,, could be tough when it gets busy. Maybe next time Marca can do some baking??
  2. Good to see you, nice of you to stop by and check up on some elderly folks. I was volunteering at the Thrift Store selling trees, it was a good day all around.
  3. Two things come to mind. One is that the battery is low and so you have low voltage or maybe just bad connections. The second would be to really closely check to make sure the carbs are seated fully, I mean fully.
  4. Holding you two in our prayers, it's best to get some help and that's where it comes from.
  5. If all the wiring is original then you need to look at either of the brake light switches.I would start with the foot pedal switch, it may just need to be adjusted.
  6. Some people have relegated it to be nothing worse than the common cold. Somehow I don't think so, but going by what the media reports about it lately, maybe there is some truth to that thought. Could be, herd immunity, has set in?
  7. ABS
  8. At least now you have one that is American made.
  9. Still here, and survived the crash even. I haven't been kicked out yet either.
  10. Oil seals and dust seals for sure. I'm not sure that Yamaha carries the sliders still. I think you can probably get away without changing the sliders, although it's better to do them when apart. If you are doing a bearing,, any bearing, the races are part of the bearing. Everything needs to be replaced. You might not be able to feel anything when you turn the steering, visual is the better way to go.
  11. Guess when I showed up I was missing.
  12. I really liked Joe, there was something about him that set you at ease. I think Joe and Deb were very much meant for each other. Even though we rarely seen each other, there was always a sense of an on-going friendship when we did. Let us all keep Debbie in mind and in our prayers, for she has lost a very good husband and now needs to see life ahead without him.
  13. Temp for Saturday is 13 and under, so for this body that is getting too cold. Thursday is the best for temp but rain and I'm bust morning and aft.
  14. Looks to be coming from the valve covers maybe, then it will need new valve cover gaskets, seeing as you can't tighten these at all. It's kind of hard to tell, the video doesn't quite show it well.
  15. Works
  16. Seems like you enjoyed the ride,,, good for you!
  17. It's a troublesome time we live in. We will keep asking for His grace for both Joe and Deb. May we all be aware of the brevity of life and good times on this earth and use that time to prepare for the future, where there will be no time.
  18. 21ST not working for me either.
  19. TUNDRA!
  20. Send the young lad a message, he is probably the best source for info.
  21. If it's not too cold, I will consider to join.
  22. We never know what tomorrow holds for us, well not even the rest of today for that matter. It's best to leave all those things in the hand of the Master, who knows all and governs all, even though at times we might not think so. I'm glad I can have a conversation with Him and I will ask for His input for Joe and Deb.
  23. I hear a lot of good for the Shinko 777.
