  2. OK its a round pipe, so why cant they have a deflated balloon made of heavy rubber kinda like the fire dept uses to lift cars, just long and straight. then slide it into the pipe and inflate? Maybe a temp fix but it would give time to make a perm repair! IMO

  19. Wow, How weird, I fell down the steps leaving for work the other day but luckly nothing like you Earl, and back in January I injured my back in the same area you did lucky for me no surjury required yet. Earl you will start feeling better but do not try to rush it-- please take my word on this, you will regret it if you push to much. Don't listen to what you think your back is telling you, listen to the pros. Prayers are sent my friend, all will be well.

They can tell you how to fix about anything on that bike--- well heck I now can propbably fix it, I've done all of my stuff and had her sripped down to look like a wrecked pile of whatever, but man does it feel good when you do it yourself and learn how to do it. Will feel alot better about it being changed! P.S. a note of reminder for Dons maint day to bring your kickstand pad if you park in the grass along the driveway, last year I forgot mine and used a pair of vicegrips to lean her on, can't wait! Good times
  24. and another thing, what would stop a guy from making some type of bushing to protect that bolt or are they breaking from fatigue?
