We have our fair share of venomous snakes here in de bayou's but no real problem wit dem pythons yet. We are being overrun by wild pigs for sure tho! Loozeeanner has a open season on hogs....no limits...shoot em day or night....7 days a week. Altho dangerous to hunt they sure make mighty good sausage when blended wit venison and seasoned/smoked. Boomer....who sez ya always bring 2 guns when it comes to hog hunting....and a fresh change of underwear too....

The ammo shelves of Walmart and Academy Sports stay empty here. If you are not there within the first 30 minutes of re-stocking you are out of luck. Folks are doing serious BUYING and HOARDING of both guns and ammo around here for sure. We went to a recent Gun Show in Lake Charles and it was an easy 1 hour in line wait just to get into the Civic Center. While I found/bought ammo I wanted the price was steep....grrrrrrr.....price gouging on everything! Boomer....who sez he kin wipe out a lotta zombies now.

Named my 06 Venture "Freedom" the very day I purchased her. That name says it all for me.... Boomer....who sometimes refers to "Freedom" using the "B" word dependent upon her capability (or lack thereof) to hit the road....

I would check to make sure the fuel filter is installed with the correct fuel flow direction.... Boomer....who sez de pygmies pooched me up that way once when I refused to take em to Dairy Queen.

Squid installed the HID headlight on my Venture over 2 years ago. I purchased the complete unit from Canadian Cruiser Customizing at a really decent price. I love the way it lights up ALL of the road...even the ditches on the side of the road as well. On High Beam it is a real killer for on-coming traffic! I run High Beam during the day to increase my visibility to other drivers...at night I use mostly Low Beam unless I have some clown coming at me with his High Beams on. Once I hit the High Beam I assure you the on-coming clown drops his lights to Low Beam QUICK. Boomer....who sez cruising through Lover's Lane with the High Beam on gets ya an eyeful of all sorts of "activity"....

I'm thinking this was NOT a PGR Mission....just a bunch of great folks who showed up minus their PGR gear and did what needed to be done. Boomer.....who sez the WBC is of NO concern to the Patriot Guard in doing what they do best: rendering RESPECT.

After suffering through 39 Winters in Noo England I am happy to say I DO NOT EVER WANT TO SEE SNOW AGAIN. Boomer....who sez it's more fun dodging gators on the road here than it is driving on snow covered roads with idiots who should be banned from driving period.
