I just bought a couple of HJC AC-3 hemets with the optional face shield. and the helmet has pockets for the speakers. I went with the inexpensive JM mic and headset. Never had a communication system prior to buying the RSV. so I didn't know if I'd like it. Well so far it has worked pretty good. Peggy likes listening to the with the headset There is a little hissing in the background, but it is not bad. Yes I joined a couple of months back. Peggy rode with "Deltoid" one day on his RSV. That was pretty much the end of her riding on the back of the VTX. So now we are the proud owners of an '08 BlackCherry over Black RSV I might add we are loving every minute of it. We will see you Thursday and Friday....

Ordered mine last night.. I've got one on my VTX saved me a couple of times. Yesterday Riding the RSV I needed it (the stock horn sucks) I almost lost it when I got run off the highway don't know how I stayed up!! She saw me at the last minute then slowed down and I couldn't get back on the road cause she was in the way. Guess she thought all was good because she smiled at me and lipped I'm sorry!! They just don't see ya. But with the Stebel they hear ya!

I've got them both '08 Blackcherry over black RSV -
I use a Garman Quest ll. Small screen, but it works pretty good. I've used on the VTX for 2yrs. I attached it to the Handle bars with a ram mount. plugged it into the 12v. plug in in the front fairing. I hope it is okay I attached 2 photos to show it mounted. It says it is water resistant and after 2yrs on the other bike I've never had a problem with it.
