    Thanks for the info. Is there an easy way or tool to press on the ball to indent it? Tried with a small flat screw driver but didn't work?

    It is an 1984. I have removed the grip and the 2 screws for the housing but can't seem to get the top half to lift up or remove the choke lever?

    I am having the same issue. Can't seem to figure out how to remove choke lever from signal assembly so I can open it to clean and lube my signal light switch
