  1. I know that very well.
  2. I was just wondering, it is only a few miles away. Will you be going to it this year? It is on May 31, June 1ST and 2ND. I will be there with our local club.
  3. DANG!!! I missed another great thing. I would have taken two.

  6. It is in the Eastern panhandle of WV. about 10 miles north of Martinsburg. I can carry a canoe to the Potomac river it about 7 minutes from the house.

  12. HI Ron My health is OK (no operations planed) this year. I am doing some parts, like the Carb covers and breather covers and the hanger brackets, but I am out of the hanger brackets right now.
  13. The switch you are looking for is on the back of the radiator, top left side. You can access it by removing the tank and the left neck cover. The temp sending unit is in the same area. It is the small fitting with one wire connected to it on the thermostat housing.
  14. Sorry about my statement, I did not mean to ruffle any feathers. I did not mean to insult anybody. I have been in Canada on many occasions and liked what I saw and did while there.
  15. I need a little help on this. I am looking for the chrome studs that are on the Midnight seats. They are 1/2" in diameter. I did find some that are 9/16" and are $8.95 a hundred but to order them it has to be a $50.00 order and I sure don't need that many. I can get by with one hundred. If anybody knows where I can get them I would appreciate the info.
  16. WOW! Glad that I don't live in Canada. I just paid my insurance on both of mine. Full coverage on O9 Kaw 900 Classic and my 03 RSV with 6,000.00 additional coverage for accessories and mine was 498.00.
  17. I make them for those that want them.
  18. I used a 15 amp in mine but I could go with a lower fuse as I have changed my lights to LEDs. Also put an extension bracket on the light bar. It makes getting into the faring much easier ( you don't have to drop the light bar to remove the fairing). http://s253.beta.photobucket.com/user/slowrollwv/media/DSCF1816.jpg.html?sort=3&o=75
  19. Brakes and clutch should be flushed once a year. If you check them and they are dark in color it needs a change. I had 60,000 on mine and went to stainless steel lines and cables. I also use speed bleeders, they make flushing the system a lot easier.
  20. I would be interested if it is on a Sat. It is a 5 hr. ride for me.
  21. Well from the looks it is a decent bike but too small for me after riding my Venture the last seven years. I will keep my bike and do some upgrades instead of buying another bike. Like V-Max cams and springs, V-Max gears and a DK-3. That should do it for this year anyhow.
  22. It is suppose to be a little better tomorrow. I will get mine out and go for a short ride then ride it to work on Monday. :cool10:
  23. Same here Don. I will take three. Thanks
  24. Glad to hear that you are back to work. I know what it is like, For the last three years I have been off work for four months, Not due to layoff but for medical purposes. All three times it was from Jan. 30 to June 1. and I hate to be off work in spring time.
  25. LOL! I have a Krispy Kreem calender that someone sent me, But I dare not post it on here.
