  1. I run E-3's. I don't run hard in wet weather so slipping is not much of a concern. I like the mileage I get from them. I did get 20,000 out of the front and could have gotten that out of the rear but a piece of metal put a big gash in it and had to change it.
  2. When my Honda line broke the pin, I took them out and put them in my junk box. Put my J & M back in the helmets. J & M is hard to beat for customer service, I sent mine back three times and they fixed the cord under warranty and I know it was expired for a long time.
  3. I have the J&M headsets for the 3/4 helmets ,and like them best. I tried the Honda Line headsets and the cord kept coming off at the helmet and finally broke one of the pins off.
  4. We just walked in the door. And we didn't hit any rain. Had a great time, Thanks to the committee for doing a great job. It was good to finally meet most of the people that I have talked to no this site. Chuck
  5. The "S" models took the place of the Midnight model. Just more chrome.
  6. LOL never could read a road map but give me toppo map and I can do alright. New 660 is on its way.
  7. Sorry Kevin I had the numbers wrong for the Polk speakers it is DB401 and another is Alpine SPS-400.
  8. Happy Birthday Kevin, have a great day.
  9. Rick I am not sure if I will make it to the rally or not.I discovered that my ZUMO 665 had been stolen today about 3:00 PM and not sure if I can replace it in time but going to try.
  10. Carl we have one every year so you should be use to them by now.
  11. Polk DB104 they are water proof and sound very good.
  12. That is good, I wont have to make a side trip after all.
  13. Well just a little lucky. I got the Saddleman seat on the bike and like it a lot. The wife has not been on it yet. Here is the lucky part. Just after I installed the saddleman I got an email from one of the SCRC members that I ride with and he gave me a full set of Pillow top seats with driver backrest and a Corbin backrest for the passenger. Now I am covered if the wife doesn't like the Saddleman. I will know when we leave for the International on Sat. If she doesn't like the seat I will have to make a side trip to J&P Cycle to pick up a Gell pad for her while in the area.:cool10:
  14. Curtis prayers going your way. Hang in there and you can beat it again.
  15. I use Mapquest. It is free, and the Garmin communicator is free also. It will let me drag and drop to any route I want, and doesn't take a rocket scientist to use it.
  16. (actually just practicing for retirement) Hope you have a good trip. That is what I am doing next week. 18 months and I am done.
  17. What is the route you plan on taking? We plan on leaving about 6:00 AM. from eastern WV.
  18. I won't need 22 ammo for at least 10 years. I use to shoot competition but sold all my 22's but one. I have at least three and a half cases. What is hard for me to find is powder to reload for my other rifles. I use IMR 4350, IMR 4831 and IMR 4320 and can't find it anywhere.
  19. I am liking this seat a lot, but the real test is going to be the trip to Galena. The only problem that I may have is the wife has not been on it yet, And she needed a gel pad with our stock seats.
  20. I have been thinking about the upgrade but I am getting 42-45 mpgs now 50 if I keep out of fifth and under 65mph.
  21. 17 miles each way, It takes me 1-1/2 hours to get there and 5 hours to get home when it is not raining.
