Good to know. My wife has been riding behind me since 1975 and never a word of concern about my driving. Maybe she just trusts me to do the right thing.

It would not work in the town I come from we don't have a stop light in the town.

I rode to work on Sat. and yesterday I rode up to see my brother. I only put on 680 miles on the round about trip of 135 miles. My brother is doing real good after his second double bypass in four years.

I'm thinking of going loud. Maybe the rebel coming out after retirement. I have a pair of HD Road King take-offs and need to know what brackets I need to attach them on.
I may have a set of hanger brackets in the shed. I will look tomorrow when I get back from Balt.
If the HD pipes are not loud enough I have a set of PCS (Preston County Specials) you can try.

Yep I have two of those little problems here.

Ah! Bob that was a her. NO Horns

Have you checked your speakers? I had one to go out up front and bought new ones without checking it. when I put the new speakers in I still didn't have sound on the left front. So I jumped across to the right speaker and all was ok. It was the amp burnt out on left front.I would try an old speaker and see if it might be the amp going bad.

How about John Wayne( Stagecoach)?

Had the V Max gearing installed while traveling home from Florida after Christmas. Once home I filled it to the required level with gear oil, installed the drive shaft, rear wheel, and everything else. All went together nicely. Thought I'd go out for a wee ride today. Went to engage the clutch and I heard a crunch, like the gears in the final drive are not engaging or something in that direction. So-- now I guess I take the back end off the bike again and try and see what the problem is. This really sucks!! I hope they put the final drive together properly. Anyone had this happen to them?
I am glad you figured it out. I am taking notes as I will be tearing mine apart next week to change the swing arm bearings. They have never been touched in 11 years so it is time.

Thanks Just ordered two packs. I will change them in all four of my rides.

I have one on my bike. I got it from HID Country. It is the H-4 at 6000k. It will light up road signs a mile away if you get on a straight line. Along with the LED driving lights it is all the light I need.

Dan I had that same thing happen to me. I had it so bad that I sold the bike to my brother for $50.00. If it weren't for the wife I don't think I would be riding today. Hang in there you will get it back.

It bolts to the frame between the stock seats. No need to cut on the seats.

I can't talk for anybody else but I will take two any time you get started.

I took the molding off my bike when I had it painted and never put it back on.
-
I took a look at it. When the yellow dots disappeared I blinked and they were there.

I got my first ride in a couple weeks ago. It was nice enough this morning that I road it to work and will do it again tomorrow.
-
Sorry for your loss. Our condolences to you and the family.
-
Bob I would be interested also, and maybe the rear wheel to.

Eck if you are meeting in Bridgeport take Rt 50 east to Winchester VA. then RT522-340 south to Front Royal. Sky Line Drive Starts just out of Front Royal on 340 and is just under 110 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Let me know when you will be in this area and I will try to hook up and ride with you a ways.

That trim is auto door edge trim. You can get it at any auto parts store.

I just got an SR 40 compact and it seams to shoot to the left and low. But I only shot about 30 rounds through it. I will get it to the range in a couple weeks and run some more through it.
