  1. I have seen that before. I would not mind a test ride.
  2. Some of the parts may be painted with lacquer and others with enamel.
  3. I will put mine on and take a pic of it. I put a light bar on it with run, turn and brake lights.
  4. Do you have a hitch on your bike? If so you can get a trunk, HD, Yam, or any trunk and mount it to a receiver and then you could use it when you need it or leave it off. The best thing is you don't have to loose anything that you have on the bike now. I did one for when the wife and I go on trips instead of dragging the trailer.
  5. Canaan Valley,WV. There is enough good roads in that area to make anybody Happy.
  6. Same here about the big back seat. I had a 59 Pontiac Catalina.
  7. So sorry to hear that your wife has passed. Prayers to you and your family.
  8. Seams to happen to me every time I start saving for Vacations, all but the last part anyhow.
  9. I have the chrome side covers also but did not get the center part done as it is hard to see let alone keep clean.
  10. I have one picture of my bike with them on it, I will try to post it. http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/hh64/slowrollwv/003_zps820e1efc.jpg
  11. Sounds like the battery is toast and it is starting off the jumper.
  12. Ours is almost gone. We will need a few dry days before I can get the bike out though.
  13. I took the plastic off of my lowers and replaced them with polished Stainless steel. Looks good.
  14. I also use the shorter and wider shield. I use the full helmet with a flip front year round.
  15. Congrats to you and Nina. My wife and I are a one time couple. I guess we got it right the first time. 42 years come August.
  16. Randy it was almost 50* here today but calling for a low of 28* tonight with snow up to 10" by tomorrow afternoon.
  17. Hi Dan and welcome. The lowers have a lot of the cruse and electrical components in them. The best way to get your feet away from the heat is a good set of road pegs. There is a set of wind deflectors that bole to the crash bar that is adjustable and that helps also.
  18. 409 The Beach Boys. I had a 64 chevy ss conv. with that motor. What a blast back then.
  19. I have to agree. That was one GREAT ride. Even the fog that you could not see the bike 20 feet in front of you on the BRP.
  20. I am not sure how that law will work but I would get the permit before carrying in other states that do require them. Not having the permit may send someone to jail if caught.
  21. Hay Puc leave the Fool alone, he has that thing turned south and every time you holler at him about his machine he turns it up and we get a blast of the white stuff. I want to get the bike out and try my new pipes.
  22. Congrats Mike that is one sweet ride.
  23. What is it? All I see is a blank space.
