  1. Scott sorry to hear this but it can be beat. Have a few friends that have had it and they are doing fine. Some didn't find it till very late and are in remission. Prayers from my family to yours for a complete recovery.

  2. I think I would deepen the undercut at the base of the thread so that there is a designed failure point if it should snag on something in the road.

pure titanium, grade 2, 99.2% TI, rod can be bought for $126 for a 1 foot bar, 1 inch dia, gets less expensive as quantity increases. (I only looked at the first supplier that came up on google.)

It would not be real hard to turn down the end, thread it and cut to length.

Higher strength grade 5 is 90% TI and is actually less expensive at $109 per foot, but harder to machine.

Soooo how many sets can you get per foot??????????????

  3. If you can find a radio that would fit the case of the tape deck, it could be done but WHY. With all the other stuff available, XM, MP3 why tear things apart to do the install.

I know, I know, NO PICS. Here is one for you. :moon: :fnd_(16):

  5. If you can, take Hwy 160 from Poplar Bluff over. Rode it a few years ago and it is a ton of fun. Hundred miles of great turns and whoop-ti-doos.

Not quite like mountains but zoom zoom. There was a Days Inn in Doniphan that was okay.

We did take 160 and you are wright it was a lot of fun. Highway 76,86,and 125 around Branson are great roads also.

  6. Puc we had a blast today. Got in a 185 mile ride. Went down to Eureka Springs, AR and did a Zip line tour. Got the wife on them and she is afraid of heights. The longest one is 2,000 feet long and about 300 feet high. :rasberry:

  7. WOW ZZZZ WOW WOW WOW!!!!

I was one strange kid (7 year old) when I was younger.. While most youngens back then were listening to rock n roll I happen to find a deep love for Floyd Cramer.. One of my all time favorite pieces that he played was Last Date (seconded by the Music Box Dancer). Seeing that on your list, as well as old Gospel and Country and then watching the short video of your amazing ability at working those ivory's over almost brought me to tears @BigClayton!! OUTSTANDING :clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::dancefool::dancefool::dancefool::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Lord willing and the creek dont rise, we will be in touch at some point in the future - probably on one of our bike trips headed west - to accept your amazing offer my friend!!! With out a doubt, you have been amazing blessed by God himself my friend - THANK YOU for sharing those talents and love for music at such a wonderful level!!

  8. Well tires, oil and brakes all changed, bike checked out, trailer loaded and hooked up. Just weighting for the wife to get up ( she had to work till 3:00 this morning ) and we are off. See you all when we get Back. :cool10::cool10::cool10::cool10:

  9. The biggest group that I was in there was 3,500 bikes. This was the first Sunday of June this year. The ride was about 45 miles long and we road I-81 for most of it. There were soma cars that slid in between the bikes and that was OK because we knew that this would happen.
