Lewis I can not give you enough thanks for what you do for the kids. It is a shame that I do not live close enough to Join you on this ride, I would be there in a heart beat.

Wow!!!
So does that mean you charge only $10 extra to remove the rear wheel? I can see charging that for the front wheel but not so much for the rear one. That's a real deal.
That is right, most of the tires I change are for friends that I ride with so I give them a brake.
-
I have a no-mar tire changer. So my tires are not a problem. I do change tries for others at $20.00 a tire if they bring the wheel off the bike. If it is on the bike I get $30 per wheel.
-
It is the same here with our local SCRC chapter. We have 189 members and we are lucky to get 6 bikes on a ride.

I have found that a person with common cense can fix just about anything but stupid. You just can't fix it.

I love my Thompson Center Hawken 50 cal . A fun gun to shoot.
It has been nearly 15 years now that I have pulled the trigger on a deer with any of my guns. I have four black powder guns. A 50 cal. Hawkins, 50 cal. Renegade, 50 cal. camo inline and a 45 cal. Kentucky long rifle. I don't shoot them any more as I hate the smell of rotten eggs when you clean them. But I do like the smell of burnt powder.

Well worth the price. I procrastinated a long time before biting the bullet. Wish now I would have done it a long time ago. Its fun to watch people ooh over my bike every time I park it somewhere.
Same here.

Thanks Orlin You have a nice weekend also.

I have met a lot of good officers and a few I wouldn't give a drink of water in the middle of a desert. So here is to the good ones.

When I did a lot of hunting my favorite gun was a 300 win. mag. If I knew I was going to be in open areas of 2 to 5 hundred yards I used my 30-378 Weatherby Mag for the longer shots.

Eck when I changed my tires this spring I had Ride on in them. The Ride On was like a gel. I could move it around with my finger but it was not as thin as when I put it in.

What are the over night temps in WV at the end of Sept? Just wondering as we'd be camping.
The night time temps can go to the mid 50's but usually in the mid 60's. Day time are mid 70's to mid 80's and on some occasions to low 90's.

Eck statement and participation if picked is the reason I chose Davis, WV. I also saw the link from slow roll and I've never been there. Want to try something different.
Barry I will say this for this area. There are no four lane roads in this area that are close except the new one that is under construction. You can ride for a week and not hit one if you want to. Not to many straight roads either other than the three mile straight that the resort is on. There is a lot to see and do if you like. Just to name a few. Seneca Rocks, Seneca Caverns, Smoke Hole Caverns, Cass scenic railroad, Greenbanks Observatory. Smallest Church and Post Office in 48 states. And of course some of the best roads in the country.

Some of the time the over night temps can dip into the mid 50's but mostly low to mid 60's. Day time temps can range from low 70's to low 90's.

I used ride on in my last set of E III's when I changed the rear I found three nails in it. Had 20,000 miles on when I changed the tires this spring. Does it work and will I use it again. certainly.

Sounds like you are getting ready for any kind of trip.
-
With me it all started with a 24" bicycle with a Maytag washing machine motor mounted to it.

Well I suggested and volunteered for the Maggie Valley location. I have been there and it is beautiful country and nice riding. That being said, I also voted for WV.
Don I did just the opposite. I was raised around Davis and I voted for Maggie Valley.
-
I can't say for the others but the last week of Sept. for WV.
-
but what I would like to see is a link to all location's that would like to host the IR
Here is a link to Canaan Vally,WV.
-
Just had an epiphany of sorts,, when @Freebird started this thread it was addressed specifically to the folks willing to host the IR.. We are now at page 5 of bouncing stuff around and have a link in this last page to the Polls that are open to everyone.. I wonder if, to be fair to the subject matter of voting and due to the importance of everyone being included, a new thread should be posted in the Water Hole addressing the facts that the Polls are open:think:
Puc where you bin? It has been up for two days.
-
Just thought I would post so @Puc can see it.

:Happy Birthday:

Mike I am with Steve on this one. Yamaha didn't make an 1800 V-Twin. 1700 is as big as they went with the Road Star. I have been looking at them for a couple years now but just haven't bit the bullet yet.
