  1. My beloved Pontiac Grand Am of 14 years has passed away! It was not a pretty passing, it was very messy. She started to bleed slowly at first, I tried to patch her up :smash2: but to no avail. It got worse, first a little moan then a groan the a blood crude-ling scream and she bleed out and it was over. :sign67: Just like that, one moment we where happily cruising along then she was gone. I suspiciously think my wife was behind this, she has always been jealous of our relationship.:duck:

No sooner had she passed and the wife went out and bought a 2014 Chrysler 200!!! I HATE CHRYSLER'S!!! :headache: How could she!!! I'm going to keep a close eye on my bike's! Who knows!! She might replace them with an HD!!! :yikes:

Sorry to hear that you had to bury the Grand AM. I have a 2000 that my son drives and when it dies I will bring it back as I have a replacement motor and tranny in the shop for that purpose.

  2. Where is the site to look at these things?? Any chance of buying parts for them? I'm thinking these are what I have on my 99 and need a set of visors and one ring.

Dan I do have a set of rings and visors. Send me your address and I will put them in the mail to you. If you want to call me my # 304-261-8663.

Dan I have a set of rings and I think I have a set of visors too. I will check this morning to see and I will let you know.

  4. I would look for the 4 1/2" lights from Yamaha. You can get them in sealed beam or H-3 bulb. and they are easy to change to LED if you would like to go that way. I have the lights from a Road Star on my RSV with Trucklight Phase 6 LEDs. They are bright.

  5. That "Area" is a pretty good ride thru some hills that can get ya lost real quick!!!:innocent-emoticon:

Dan you of all people should know that all roads lead to almost heaven WV. All jokes aside we will have a few good guides for this rally that knows the area very well. If you take off on your own just do not turn on to a dirt road. You may get lost or stuck.

  6. I don't know if the same gov is still in office but when we went there, the govr was openly welcoming bikers to WV for the riding, they were redoing a lot of the roads to make them more open to bikers. they have a good web site,

    http://www.wvcommerce.org/travel/thingstodo/outdoorrecreation/motorcycles/default.aspx

I always like for someone from the area to helps out, they can show you more places that you may miss and places to avoid.

SLOW ROLL, it's your turn to show us around your area!! LOL!!

You got it. You make it up here and I will show you roads that most riders avoid but don't know what they are missing.
